“Everyone here is so nice! I recently got a rescue dog, and I had some questions that needed to be addressed before the weekend. They were able to get us in, no problem, and the gals on the phone/front desk were so nice and accommodating. Our dog became reactive to another dog in the lobby, and the staff got us into a room right away. I waited over an hour at my last vet for a simple rabies shot (it was not busy), so I liked their promptness.

Lauren took her time with us, which I appreciate. She was very kind and eager to answer any question, but also specified when something was beyond her knowledge/for a speciality vet. I had a list of questions and concerns and she was thoughtful and methodical about each one. She was also honest about my dog’s luxating patella, and didn’t try to sell us on an unnecessary surgery. Instead, she recommended taking a more conservative approach and to watch closely and use vet recommended supplements. I appreciate a more transparent approach that isn’t an upsell, especially when it isn’t causing pain or other problems!

I see people say this is more expensive (maybe by like $30 compared to my other vet), but it’s absolutely worth it! Going to a vet is never something a pet owner really looks forward to. So when I go, I like when:
- it is easy to call and schedule, and I talk to someone friendly
- their full attention is with my pet
- they see us within a timely manner
- I’m comfortable asking any questions

This is also a smaller, privately owned vet, so of course it might be a little extra compared to other places, but it was definitely worth it! Everyone was friendly, fast, thoughtful, and kind. I definitely recommend this place!”
