Alexandra and Ken not only helped me get my ring cleaned and my wife’s ring serviced, but they went above and beyond sending me home with suckers for my daughter and a toy ring with a ring box included, which I know she will love. Even when we don’t spend money and are just getting routine cleaning the staff treats us with the care they would any other customer. I can not recommend enough. (Not to mention being able to get your ring cleaned any time you go to MOA is a major plus!)”

“Emily and Sienna are top-tier! I walked in just to kill some time, had zero plans to buy anything. Sienna came over to help me and honestly she was one of the best retail workers I have ever encountered, no exaggeration. It was nearly closing time and she did not even flinch, stayed a good 30 minutes after just to make sure I found something I loved. She pulled out watch after watch, knew everything about each one, and just had this incredible ability to read exactly what I was looking for before I even knew myself. She was patient, funny, warm and just made the whole thing so enjoyable. People like her are rare. Then there's Emily. As the manager she really did not have to get as involved as she did, but she was right there the whole time, offering her opinion, helping size the band perfectly, and just making sure everything was perfect before I left. You could tell the whole energy of that store comes from her. She's the kind of manager who actually leads by example and it shows in every corner of that place. I walked out with a watch I'm obsessed with and a smile on my face. These two genuinely made my day and I'm still thinking about how good that experience was. Fossil is lucky to have them both and whoever is above them needs to know that Emily and Sienna are the real deal.”
