“I recently inherited a watch from my grandfather, and he purchased it at Wixon. I didn’t know much about the watch, so I went to the store to ask some questions. As soon as I walked in, I was treated like a valued repeat customer. Shawn, the sales executive who helped my grandfather originally purchase the watch five years ago, helped me as well. He was able to recall a couple of personal stories from the purchase and the times my grandfather came in over the years. It’s a true testament to the level of service Shawn and Wixon Jewelers provides.”

“Stopped in this week and have not looked at swatches in a long time. Have a few from the 80’s that still run. Did not know much about the mission to the moon collection and Sophie and Andrew explained the history and the uniqueness of each model. They took a lot of time with me and I left with a watch that I will enjoy for years to come. I travel extensively and like to visit authorized watch dealers of all types/ranges since I continue building my collection. “I stopped by to look for a ring to wear while on vacation — I didn’t to chance anything with my actual wedding ring while on a cruise. The guys working asked if there was anything in particular I was looking for, I told them the stitch, they asked if I knew my ring size, and about 30 seconds later I had the perfect ring! Everything was fast and painless, with zero pressure. Price was exactly in the range if what I was looking for. Overall fantastic experience!”
