“Just popped in at Mall of America (didn’t know there was one here!) to get my wedding ring cleaned. Best service I have ever experienced at ANY Riddles locations we have been to. Will definitely make the 2 hour trek to the cities to get it cleaned. Too bad every Riddles location is 1.5-2 hours away. My hometown one CLOSED. Bummer!!!”

“I am always on the hunt for a deal and this is my spot. I love how they have a great amount of stores with a focus to give a discount on their regular stores merchandise regularly. I have found some steals! I found a dress at Banana Republic today that is priced as $65 on their website and I purchased it for $17. It is what I live for. Some stores will sacrifice quality and make items specifically for their factory stores. I still find the value is still there because most of the time I want the same look for less. While some other stores will sell the same quality items they are just from last year's season. Then there are my favorite examples like Aerie that have the same items that are in their regular stores for a discounted price. Weather can sometimes be an issue but they still do a fantastic job of warming, shoveling, and sheltering in the winter, and blocking the hot sun.”

“In reading previous reviews, I'm guessing I had a better experience because I booked an appointment ahead of time and had frequent communications with the consultant to ensure that she had the type of engagement rings I was looking for on site before I even arrived.Emelia greeted me the second we walked in at our appointment time, took us to a private room, and showed me all of the different diamond shapes and settings that I had requested. She brought me rings that I wouldn't have chosen for myself, and I actually ended up picking out one that wasn't in my plan at all. She was sure to keep us full of champagne and chocolates, and we had the full Tiffany experience that I had hoped for. We purchased a ring that day, and it arrived just a couple of days later, even though it was paid for, she still showed me another size diamond in the same setting just to confirm that I was happy with what I chose.In the time since, I've had to request different receipts and documentation for my insurance, which Emelia has been happy to provide. I can't wait to come back and purchase our wedding bands.”
