“A bit late on this review - anyways, I was in NYC for Xmas and went to the Cartier Mansion to learn more about the de Santos watch. Their customer service made me feel uncomfortable and so I ended up not purchasing, or learning, anything.
When I got off the plane back home at MSP I decided to make one more attempt at the watch and chose Watch’s of Switzerland at Southdale.
I walked in and their salesman, Greg, was standing at the front and helped me out. In 15 minutes Greg provided me with more information on the Cartier watch i was interested in than the Cartier Mansion did in NYC the day prior.
Greg made it a very informational, smooth, and easy buying experience. No “salesy” pressure at all, which I really appreciate when dealing with a pricey item like this.
I was in and out the door with my new watch in just 25 minutes and have not regretted the purchase at all.
I will be back for my next watch purchase, thanks Greg!”
