“I usually call to check if part is available but online search is available. They will pull the part & call back when it is ready for pickup. Every time I have needed a part, they have been super fast & called back the same day!! I don’t have a problem driving 100+ miles, since I’ve moved from the area, because I know the part I get will be honestly portrayed & if they can’t guarantee it (ex. Windshield) they will tell you if it has rock chips, or some flaw that may get worse in the near future.
