“As stupid as it sounds, I judge a gas station by the quality of its nozzle, and the amount of gas that drips out after you take it back out of your fuel tank.
I know, it’s dumb, but I really like Costco’s pumps. They’ve got it together.
Also, it doesn’t hurt that they have the least expensive gas around.”
“The other day as I was at Kwik Trip, my vehicle died. A kind cheery woman named Lydia and a very sweet crew member named Caitlin jumped started it up again. This manager of kwik trip showed the true meaning of hospitality and customer service! I will be returning to this store!!!”

“Have been using Costco for our eye exams n glasses for many years. Dr Clark is so thorough and knowledgeable about our changing vision needs and also up to date on the state of the art technology. His staff is very friendly and efficient as well. The frame selection is great and the prices are affordable. The optical department staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and personable too. “Here's what I didn't know about Costco Pharmacy: you don't have to be a member to the warehouse & online services! You can use Good Rx at Costco, but the membership price might* be better. I had to ask for the prescriptions that I had filled here-both were less expensive than Good Rx or my insurance (news to me!). You DO have to inform the cashier that you are a member & have them scan your card. It was well worth it to me to drive a little further & reap the substantial savings.While I was checking out, the next customer was buying dog & cat medicine for his pets! Plus, you can always stop at the snack spot on the way out & have a frozen treat!”
“Lots of good stuff at good prices, BUT flawed by the stupid practice of just "moving things around to keep it fresh." NOBODY who shops there likes that. People HATE it. Maybe listen to the people in the aisles instead of whatever knothead (who doesn't even shop at Costco, at least not with the hoi polloi) thinks randomly moving products around is a good idea.”

“Stopped to get gas and use the facilities. Unleaded gas was $2.98 a gallon. Much less than most places right now. When I walked into use the facilities I was greeted with a smile and a "how can I help you?" I asked for directions to the restroom and was politely told where it was. As I left I heard "Have a great day and thanks for stopping." Don't hear that very often in a gas station c store.”

“Staff is always friendly, their gas is as reasonably priced as it can be, and they're very professional. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they go above and beyond for the elderly and infirmed. I watched two young men today (July 30th about 5 pm) fuss over an elderly woman. They helped her load her groceries, had her smiling and laughing while they rang her up, and helped her to her vehicle as well as helped her load it. It put a smile on my face to watch these two gentleman make her day. Way to go guys!!”
“Yeah this is a gas station but also more than just a gas station. This is also a bit of a head shop. You can by a larger amount of smoking related products. As well as a few things you would find in a gas station.The employees are normally very helpful and willing to help in any way they can. The gas is priced on the higher side.”

“Costco is a place to go for organic food product. I noticed the difference after becoming a Sam's Club member too. You have a staff member who check their membership upon entry. I wish Costco had a scan and go option on their app. Depending on the time and day, their check out lane may be long. The retail cost on the product between Sam's and Costco are exact - maybe off by 2-3 pennies. On days when I go, the place seems cleaned. The staff is mostly friendly. I felt pressured once to upgrade my membership to executive because I spent over $300 within that day to date. Overall, it is a good place to go to purchase items in bulk like paper towels, toilet paper, pop, etc. As a family of 2, we don't need a lot from Costco.”

“I've been going there since the 90s but it was a different name then but the same people that's running that corner store it's always been the same ones and it's always been good always polite. And clean and they remember you and how much you come in there on that and say hi how's it doing. Hello handicap disability and they remember me and my family especially my daughter.”

“I would give it a 5/5 but for some reason the gas pumps in the fall and winter are very very slow! Took like 15 mins to fill my car. Otherwise if your getting 93 octane here it's the place to go. Car wash is good as well.BP please look into why the pumps pump slow even the other 2 guys pumping gas said the same thing.”

“they are one of the only stores open 24/7 before and still after covid hit ! I love this place usually always play my lotto here. They have a freshly made mini bakery thats Really good ! the cinnamon rolls and donuts are Delicious. Gas prices are usually the cheapest around ! and in the winter if you pay inside they give you a few cents off just for coming out into the cold. Great staff as well and all workers have been there for years ! Love this store all around !”

Then I went to Tony and he was not only able to fix the problem but for 1/3 the cost. Don't be dumb like me go to Tony's and let them work.
