“Going to this place makes going to the gym FUN! This place is the BEST GYM around .. I drive a half hour one way to go because it's that GOOD ❤️. The community of people and all the coaches and the support are truly AMAZING! COME check it OUT!”
“Infectious energy, great music, and top-tier coaching. Coach Tommy somehow knows exactly when to push you and when to cheer you on, and it makes all the difference. 10/10 recommend!”
“Awesome anytime with everything you could need. The facility is well maintained with multiple floors and a wide variety of equipment. Super welcoming atmosphere that I’d recommend to anyone whether just starting out or seasoned gym goer!”
“This gym is absolutely incredible—easily one of the best I’ve ever been a part of. The atmosphere is motivating, the equipment is top-notch, and everything is clean and well taken care of. What really sets it apart, though, is the people. The owners and staff genuinely care, know you by name, and create a culture that pushes you to be better every single day. It’s more than just a place to work out—it’s a place to grow, be challenged, and feel like you belong. The owner is a Pastor, but not just from a pulpit—his ministry breathes through everything he does. In this gym he owns, iron and sweat become part of something sacred. On Saturday mornings, before most of the world has even woken up, he’s already there—setting the tone, not just for a workout, but for a gathering of men who are learning how to carry more than weight.
They call it Cross Carriers.
It’s free, because he believes what changed his life should never be behind a price tag. Men show up from all walks—strong, broken, searching, skeptical—and he meets each one the same way: with humility, with presence, with grace. He doesn’t posture as someone above them, but walks beside them. Lifts with them. Listens to them.
After the workout, when the breathing slows and the noise fades, he shifts the focus. The devotional isn’t polished or performative—it’s real. Rooted. Lived. He speaks like a man who has wrestled, who has failed, who has been rebuilt. Scripture flows not as something memorized, but as something embodied.
He is humble in a way that’s unmistakable. Not weak—anchored. He knows where his strength comes from, and it’s not himself.
Every worry, every pressure, every unseen burden—he lays it down daily. Not once, but over and over again. At the feet of Jesus. He doesn’t pretend to have control; he surrenders it. And in that surrender, there’s peace. Not a life without problems, but a life without panic.
He doesn’t chase recognition. He chases obedience.
And somehow, because of that, people are drawn in. Not to him—but to what’s in him.
A man who lifts others.
A man who carries his cross.
A man who walks in grace… and helps others learn how to do the same.
Pastor Dan, thank you for carving out time to invest in me. The way you lead, love, and walk in obedience to God doesn’t go unnoticed. You’ve challenged me, believed in me, and pushed me to grow into the man I’m called to be. That kind of leadership is rare. You’re one of a kind. Thank you!”

“This is a really great gym. It is very well run, with great staff that keep it perfectly clean. The equipment is also nice, new stuff, and the building layout is great. You can tell this is one of the best Anytime gyms around.”
“A good few steps above Planet Fitness at a competitive price. I love that there’s a sauna and pool. Staff are friendly and approachable.
My biggest complaint is how LOUD the music can get sometimes. I often cant hear my own music above theirs if I’m wearing earbuds. I ended up buying noice-canceling headphones specifically because of this, and sometimes it’s not enough.
Overall though, I’m very happy with my membership!”
“I love this gym! The owners and instructors are fantastic. They're great at explaining proper form and at giving a friendly push to do your best . There is a nice variety of workouts, and the strength training is top notch!!! ?”
“When I was there yesterday and everything talking to the guy that works out with the head leader or owner, I liked what I learned, I'm a disability person instead of going to fitness physical with my insurance, I see these people, I will become better at where I can move better and walk better. I trust them more. How do I suppose”
“I've been a member for 4 years now-a-days and it's a great space for workout. The trainers are very serviceable and the equipment is cleaned multiple times a day!”
“I like the kids leisure pool, there is a huge area that my 3 year old can walk in and it's not too deep. There are also two slides in the leisure area, one really small one and one that's medium sized. My 3 year old is getting more confidence (doesn't like going underwater but can handle getting face wet) and he can do the medium slide by himself. There are 2 large slides but we've never been here when it is open.I also love the Kids Stuff room. They have a huge room for the kids to play in, plus a playground outside they go to on nice days, PLUS an indoor 'playspace' playground. It's not huge but it is two stories and my kids often come out tired from running around and playing. There is a subway inside the community center closer to the hockey arena so that's a bonus if you want to stay for awhile!”
“The gym is always clean and the staff friendly. There was a stretch where multiple machines were out of commission but are back in service again. I do wish some of the other gym members had better respect for some of the policies like cleaning what they've used. Overall, I think it's a good gym given the size of the town.”
“Great gym clean, laid back environment, plenty of equipment, and never have to wait for the equipment or worry about it being overcrowded. The owner is friendly and responsive to any questions and concerns regarding the gym .”
