“We purchased an Inspire/(Centr) branded M3 Multi-Gym from P3 at this location. We first looked at Johnson Fitness, but the guy there seemed uninterested in helping us (Maple Grove Store) and they didn't have any of the kind of Multi-Gyms we wanted set up (only functional trainers). I've purchased a treadmill and a stationary bicycle from Johnson Fitness in the past, so I don't necessarily have an issue with them, but this time was not so great. Anyway, P3 was a totally different and better experience. Ronn, the Manager of the Brooklyn Park/Maple Grove store, was really great. He was enthusiastic, very responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and not at all pushy in any way. He showed me the various and multiple options for using the gym, and then let me explore it on my own for as long as I cared while he went back to his desk. The showroom is a bit out of the way, but you know why when you get there--it is huge! It's essentially a retail store in a warehouse space.
I am giving P3 a five-star review for two reasons. First, Ronn. Totally great guy. In addition to what I said above, I had a couple of follow up questions after deciding to purchase it and he was quick to respond with thorough information. Second, when we had it delivered and assembled (it is complex--took three guys over three hours to get all the parts in the house and put together), there were a few minor issues (cables with too much slack, etc.). I emailed Ronn about it with a short video clip of my concerns near the end of the work day and within a few minutes he emailed me back letting me know he'd contacted their service department. The next morning, within a couple of minutes after their office opened up, Heather, their scheduler, was on the phone with me letting me know their main delivery and assembly manager, Jeremy, would be coming out that day to tweak things to fix any issues. A few hours later, he was here, worked on it for about 20 minutes, explained all that he had done to make things better, and it now functions perfectly.
This kind of responsiveness is just so rare these days, and P3 knocked it out of the park with being there for my needs. I am very satisfied with the M3 Multi-gym, and with Ronn, Heather, Jeremy and the P3 team. So glad we purchased this from such a great company!”
“Each Christmas season they have embroidered my kiddos name on something special for me- 3 day turnover was the longest wait the days prior to xmas. Affordable embroidery that allows you to customize thread colour. Great local HS and north graphic tees available. Perfect for local gift giving! I love the Sota Shop!”

“I started going to HTH 6 years ago when they were the only place open to get my son's skates sharpened. I am pretty sure they are the only place in the northern metro that sharpens skates by hand vs a sparks machine. Nothing against sparks but hand sharpen is better. I have since bought all my sticks and skates from HTH for my son including his most recent pair a week ago, all the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, they aren't a big box store so sometimes if they are busy and you need one on one help you might have to wait a bit but there service is worth the wait.”

Brought a small order in at 2pm, told Shannon what I'd like, on a short notice, and She had it ready to go the next day. Amazing! “Gregg had helped me out with 3 of my bowling balls and each time he does a fantastic job at getting all of the info needed to do it correctly the first time. If you ever need a ball to be drilled, plugged, or to find you preferred axis point I would highly recommend going to see Gregg for it.”

“Walked into Play it Again Sports in Maple Grove looking to get my daughter’s skates sharpened for a big tournament. I was impressed with the quality and customer service I received in the store. Not to mention, it was very clean, organized and easy to shop. I highly recommend their skate sharpening as it’s close to the rinks and they do a great job!”
