“I have been customer since my mommy sent me to Hove’s in Edina. I have preferred every name it’s been called. I have shopped many L&Bs… never disappointed.Chan is my neighborhood venue since the store opened. Today, November 25, 2023 I did a regular in store pick up. Note that curbside here is perfection plus. I know staff all over the store including general Mgr Gene Lotts who is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Let’s put it this way I start with Steve and Erik in seafood/meat… and trust me every department has champions down to Sally and Nicole cashiers first class, and Elizabeth and Chris for carry out support.Today there were all unknown to me cashiers. I was helped by Jenevieve, who looked 20 years old and had skill of a veteran. The young woman who skillfully “bagged” my order did so exactly as I would.People who say L&B is too expensive amaze me. The price to value ratio is in customer’s favor!One complaint: I don’t like to see resources wasted on self check out. Really no excuse for it. L&B wants everyone happy. I say go to Cashier Sally if you want speed, sanitation and accuracy!”

Debbie, Linda and Paul rock!!! I was very sad that we lost our movie star of commercials Miles. I can’t say enough as to how wonderful this gang is. Thanks guys!!!”

“The staff here is very nice and professional. It’s a busy place, and they are always moving and working. I’m always offered to speak with the pharmacist for any questions, and it doesn’t take them long to come over.They have given me discounts with manufacturer coupons they have.I appreciate that after a certain number of filled prescriptions, they give you a $5 Target coupon which I always use that day.Bonus that there is the grocery area too when there is always something we need.”

However, there is one cashier at the store entrance who is rude, abrupt, and actually pushes the buttons on the check-out screen for the customers if they aren't fast enough. One time I wanted to use my card for a debit, and she reached over and pressed "credit" for me before I had a chance to make my choice. I cringe when I walk in the store and she is working.”

“I was tired of horrible service from a competing Pharmacy so I decided to give CVS a try. CVS has been wonderful. They are quick, patient with my questions, researched best pricing options for me, made suggestions. I rarely need to wait in line and if there is a line it moves quickly. There is plenty of staff and they are very friendly. If dropping of a prescription to be filled while I waited, the wait time has been within 10 minutes. I absolutely recommend this pharmacy and am beyond happy I gave them a try.”

“Ok, I think a lot of you that are you are bashing this CVS should take a step back. Being and understanding person when people are working a job, that is under staffed. These people are working very hard to do jobs ment for 3 or 4 people. Some understanding would be great! I watch the lady in front of me make the pharmacy tech cry.I have always gotten very good service. People need to look in the mirror. Spread some happiness, not sadness!Happy Holidays.”
