“I've been to 2 different Costco's and u like them. The one in Burnesville and the one in Eden Prairie. I believe Burnesville is bigger (maybe it's just the layout). Burnesville also had more friendlier customer support. Eden Prairie parking lot was better in relation to store and where you're entering (handicap spaces were available along with their mobility carts).”

“They are number one for affordable gas in the US. It’s cheaper and good compared to other gas stations. But the line is so long which is the only issue but its costco so we can never expect free lines 😅”

“I had a wonderful experience at Cub Pharmacy in Eden Prairie. I recently had an unexpected issue with the cost of a prescription and wasn't sure what could be done. Dr. Brian noticed what was happening, stepped in, and helped identify savings that were already available through Cub, making sure I received the assistance I needed. What impressed me just as much was the way he interacted with and taught the staff. You could tell by the way he patiently helped and supported them that kindness and empathy are simply part of who he is. He didn't have to step in, but he did—and that kind of genuine care makes a difference. I hope Cub recognizes what a valuable team member he is and keeps him here permanently!”

“Previously was at the Edina location, but due to issues with the staff there I decided to move everything to Eden Prairie. This team will actually work with you and your insurance, they go the extra mile to make sure everything submitted correctly. In Edina I had a bad experience with Angie the pharmacist who was there at that time, and one of the other employees makes me feel uncomfortable. I live right across the street from the Edina location, but I happily drive to EP to pickup my meds.”

“For prospective hires:Compared to other LTC pharmacies in the area, Guardian in Eden Prairie is a breath of fresh air. The current staff are welcoming of new talent and there are resources available to allow that talent to thrive. Everyone has their responsibilities; but no one is ever alone or thrown in the deep end by themselves. Actual team work and coworkers help everyday, especially the supervisors who often go above and beyond. The expectations to be successful are minimal, from the drivers, order entry, fullfillment, Pharmacists and everyone between - you just have to show up for work, be productive, be kind. The compensation is competitive (better than similar markets), with much less stress than retail. You can take actual breaks, food and treats are regularly made available, and the working space is large, clean and invitingFor Prospective Customers:You won't find a better or more engaging partnership. I regularly see the staff - from the president all the way to the 9-5 fullfillment techs - go the extra step in making sure the care we deliver is as accurate and timely as possible. Reach out!”

“The Walgreens by me either closed without letting me know when placed the refill request or just straight up ignored my request because they were so short staffed they don’t even pick up the phone. This was the only one that picked up their phone, estimated to have my meds fill within an hour and got it ready in 20min. The staffs were polite and worked so fast. I’m so grateful because my mom has been out of meds for a whole week and I placed the request weeks ago. They’re busy but they still keep it pushing. I wish I could leave a tip or a thank you note.”

“I've always enjoyed this location, the parking is generally easy to get into/out of and this is my preferred gas location too! I will say the holiday season makes it a lot more hectic than I prefer, but that's just par for the course. I really just wanted to give kudos to the front end manager who replaced an item that I had left behind. I still don't know if I left it in the cart or register, but she replaced it without question. Definitely brightened my day!”

“I ordered tires on the Costco website, they arrived earlier than anticipated. I was able to get in ahead of my appointment as a walk in. It helped that I was the first one in when they opened. Had my tires installed in 2 hours. The tech, Mike, also called me with a couple of questions since I selected (on purpose) a Passenger rated tire when the Original Equipment called out is a Light Truck grade tire. They were spot on and took care of me.”

“I had such a great experience at this pharmacy today. The pharmacist working in the morning helped me transfer a medication and made it way easier than I thought it would be. Then when I picked it up, Reshma the pharmacy tech was incredibly kind and friendly. It really made my day, and I’m so thankful!”
