“They are number one for affordable gas in the US. It’s cheaper and good compared to other gas stations. But the line is so long which is the only issue but its costco so we can never expect free lines 😅”

“Previously was at the Edina location, but due to issues with the staff there I decided to move everything to Eden Prairie. This team will actually work with you and your insurance, they go the extra mile to make sure everything submitted correctly. In Edina I had a bad experience with Angie the pharmacist who was there at that time, and one of the other employees makes me feel uncomfortable. I live right across the street from the Edina location, but I happily drive to EP to pickup my meds.”

“The Walgreens by me either closed without letting me know when placed the refill request or just straight up ignored my request because they were so short staffed they don’t even pick up the phone. This was the only one that picked up their phone, estimated to have my meds fill within an hour and got it ready in 20min. The staffs were polite and worked so fast. I’m so grateful because my mom has been out of meds for a whole week and I placed the request weeks ago. They’re busy but they still keep it pushing. I wish I could leave a tip or a thank you note.”

“I was having a hard time breathing which made it even more frustrating that other stores wouldn’t fill my prescription until tomorrow. We were on hold for a long time which increased the frustration at first, but once I saw the store and the lines I understood. These people are giving 110% and helping everyone the best that they can. They didn’t take any of their deserved breaks during the day and went out of their way to find me an inhaler spacer tube. They are saving lives. I had five people in front of me in line and six behind me and the line just kept growing. Doctor said it’s the worst tree pollen she’s ever seen so let’s give these guys some slack while it isn’t their fault that we’re all struggling.”

“I've always enjoyed this location, the parking is generally easy to get into/out of and this is my preferred gas location too! I will say the holiday season makes it a lot more hectic than I prefer, but that's just par for the course. I really just wanted to give kudos to the front end manager who replaced an item that I had left behind. I still don't know if I left it in the cart or register, but she replaced it without question. Definitely brightened my day!”

“I've been going to this location for a few years and haven't had any issues with prescriptions or vaccines. I do feel that they are understaffed and Walgreens certainly has the money to hire more help. I feel bad for the employees for having to shoulder all that work.”
“I ordered tires on the Costco website, they arrived earlier than anticipated. I was able to get in ahead of my appointment as a walk in. It helped that I was the first one in when they opened. Had my tires installed in 2 hours. The tech, Mike, also called me with a couple of questions since I selected (on purpose) a Passenger rated tire when the Original Equipment called out is a Light Truck grade tire. They were spot on and took care of me.”

“I've been to 2 different Costco's and u like them. The one in Burnesville and the one in Eden Prairie. I believe Burnesville is bigger (maybe it's just the layout). Burnesville also had more friendlier customer support. Eden Prairie parking lot was better in relation to store and where you're entering (handicap spaces were available along with their mobility carts).”
