“The Northeast USPS is my go to post office. I really appreciate all the staff at this post office. Everyone is always very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. The lines usually move fairly quickly.
I’ve been to post offices all around the United States and this facility and staff is one of the best I’ve had the pleasure of shipping things out of. I would definitely recommend using this post office.
Off topic, but of note… the New Brighton post office is the worst I’ve ever been to. Unhinged staff. Avoid at all costs.”
“I come here about twice a week. This post office has a package drop box that you can use after hours. I’ve never seen that at any other post office but it’s really convenient.”

“I just wanna share that I have so much appreciation for this postal station! I wish every location was set up like this with the self service kiosk and the ability to drop off packages 24/7 (pkg size restrictions). I finally am able to take care of postal odds and ends on my schedule without having to stand in line or wait for a service counter to open up during business hours when I am working it's so nice to be able to pop in and out of here or whatever I need to knowing that this location is reliably clean and safe and just so easy to use is awesome. In a day and age when government services are treated so poorly by certain people -- this office is an example of how it works well thank you for all you do and for your service!”
“I inquired about a piece of certified mail to the clerk on duty. She tried locating it but was not found.The same clerk called her supervisor to assist, and she gave me the signature of receipt card to sign ahead of time, assuring delivery and saving many steps. Great service across the boards!!!!”

He acts with urgency, is super helpful, and just a really great person to interact with. This post office had helped me with little things like getting stamps, address changes, and confusion on packages. Every time I am met with the best service and my issue/need quickly taken care of. “I have visited this location a few times now and have always experienced great customer service. Today I brought in a few packages and hadn't shipped any packages in about 10 years and the lady walked me right through the process. Even helping me switch one box to a bubble wrap mailer to save a few extra dollars. Thank you!”
“Yes, this is a mail distribution center but there are times I have to go there a pick up insured packages or certified mail. I have never had any problems getting my packages or certified mail there. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Ring the bell, show them my id, get my package. Its that easy.”

Eric's kindness made me feel so calm and heard after being upset at the prospect of the invitations being damaged during the processing journey. So kind and helpful!”
