She took the time to answer my questions, made the whole process easy, and went out of her way to be helpful. It’s not always you come across customer service like that, and it made a big difference. Really appreciate her professionalism and positive attitude.”

“This is the best post office you'll ever visit! I walked in there and there were 3 staff ready and available to help. Normally I'm used to very long lines. Also the customer service was exceptional, sorry I don't know his name but the Asian guy (clerk 24) provided me with above and beyond service. “Christmas eve- Nobody home but the self-serve kiosk was working! Yay! I Self printed a lable My package was too big for the drop bin so I had to drive over to the closest USPS Annex about a mile away. They took it no problem!! Thanks USPS! SAVED CHRISTMAS!”

She tried locating it but was not found.The same clerk called her supervisor to assist, and she gave me the signature of receipt card to sign ahead of time, assuring delivery and saving many steps. Great service across the boards!!!!”

“I have visited this location a few times now and have always experienced great customer service. Today I brought in a few packages and hadn't shipped any packages in about 10 years and the lady walked me right through the process. Even helping me switch one box to a bubble wrap mailer to save a few extra dollars. Thank you!”

“Yes, this is a mail distribution center but there are times I have to go there a pick up insured packages or certified mail. I have never had any problems getting my packages or certified mail there. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Ring the bell, show them my id, get my package. Its that easy.”

Eric's kindness made me feel so calm and heard after being upset at the prospect of the invitations being damaged during the processing journey. So kind and helpful!”
“They are great, however, they can't do everything. They can't scan barcodes to return packages, & they can't ship overseas. So you have to go to a different Post Office location to do these things.”
