“This place is a added convenience by being up north in Cook mn when you need those last minute supplies.I say this because there are only two gas stations and one super market in Cook. I pass through the area frequently and often at later times. I know Short Stop closes by 9pm. The Doller General and Lucky Seven both close at 10pm. Anything later the town is pretty much shut down with the exception of a couple local bars.”

“This place is one of the highlights of our cabin trips! The brat barn, the homemade butcher sausage, kraut, jerky, it's all great. Some places you go in, up there and because you're not a local, people aren't helpful. This is definitely NOT the case here. Everyone wants to help. When it burned I was scared it wasn't coming back. It's not only back, it's better than ever! I can only wish to have a store like this locally. Thank you!”
