“Sierra is amazing. I had an engine light on and just wanted to make sure it was nothing serious and they discovered a repair needed to be done and a part needed to be ordered. It was about 4:15 pm. I asked if there was anyway we could get it taken care of that day. Sierra said they would try and order the part right away. Then, when it did not come in time, she went and picked it up herself! They stayed a bit late and I was out of there by 6:30pm Talk about amazing customer service! Worth every penny.”

“I stopped in to get a quote for tires, tire pressure sensors. They gave me a quote and I scheduled the appointment. I called that Friday to reschedule for the following day and add an oil change, they were accommodating. It's now reaching the end of the day and I'm not getting any communication back from the shop, I am concerned because I own my own business and I need my car for tomorrow, so I call around 4:30/5 p.m. only to find out oh they sublet out their alignments and they place must of been behind. They gave me a loner. Fine. Thanks for the communication. Keep in mind my car was dropped off at 6:30 a.m. it had been there all day. Then I get my car back, I paid cash so I did get a cash discount thank you! Then I'm sitting in my car on Friday I look up at my mileage sticker for my oil change and see DF tie rod. What the heck? No one had said anything to me about this, there is nothing on my receipt. Try calling not open again. Once again lack of communication. So I was charged for an alignment knowing they have to do an alignment if a tie rod is replaced. Ethical? Serious lack of communication you bet. Do better.
*UPDATE* Thank you Sean for addressing my concerns and doing a follow up right away this morning. I'm updating my review from a 2 star to a 4 for the effort in correcting the error. Thank you for making sure it was not my tie rod, fixing what was wrong (sway bar) at no cost and making sure my vehicle was safe to drive. Though it didn't take away the frustration and anxiety about what was wrong it's a great effort. Thank you.”

“Genuinely decent automechanic business. You'd think they'd have direct competition with the auto shop *right next to them*, but if you see the interactions between the owners, they are extremely friendly and even help each other, and I deeply respect that. They're a black-owned family business, and many of their customers are black, so if you want to support local shops in that sense, this business is great. Their reception and general store is clean and nice-looking. You can tell that this shop is the pride of whoever owns it. I admire people who have respect for their work. They even hired someone above retirement age as a worker, which is rare for a business of this sort. My only complaint is that some of their repair methods are... unconventional. They *do* work, but they might not be something you see in a traditional dealership shop. And the owner, can get a bit loud haha”

“New owners took over around November 2024. This changed everything to Marathon. They are working 12 hour days to turn things around and have already moved mountains. 2 new great mechanics are hired to work on your auto's now. Great place to hang out while your vehicle is being serviced overlooking the roads. Convenient place next to Lifetime and Cub. They have about 12 tow trucks, many of them flatbeds for AAA calls. They also sell gas, things to eat, and have a car wash!”
