Firestone Complete Auto Care has been serving the Minneapolis community since 1926, providing a variety of vehicle services from maintenance to repairs. Located at 11491 Hanson Blvd Nw, the shop offers comprehensive solutions for all makes and models, including tire sales, oil changes, brake inspections, and engine repairs. Many customers appreciate the prompt service, with one noting a same-day appointment for tie rod replacement and winter tire installation. Some staff members have been praised for their professionalism and willingness to help, even in difficult situations, like filling tires during extreme weather conditions. However, experiences can vary. Some customers reported issues with appointment scheduling and service quality, expressing frustration over miscommunication and unsatisfactory repairs. Delays during routine maintenance, such as oil changes, have also led to dissatisfaction. Overall, Firestone Complete Auto Care aims to provide reliable and affordable auto care, but customer feedback indicates that there may be inconsistencies in service and communication.

I'm writing a review for my Mother (little computer illiterate). She was in on August 4th to have her tires rotated, but had multiple other questions, that Ian F. was very helpful with. In her words, Ian was extremely curtious and extremely knowledgeable. Many praises for Ian. So thank you, highly recommended.
