I recently moved to Minneapolis. When it was time to pick a place for tires I choose Firestone so I could always find a location no matter where I was in the Midwest.
It took about two hours to install four new tires. I should have question that while I was there but I didn't think anything about it at the time.
When I started my 9.5hr drive home the next day. I couldn't drive very long before my hands went to sleep!! Needless to say. My front tires were 5.5oz and 6oz out of balance.
Had to take it back to the Firestone here in my home town to have them fixed!!

This is the worst place to do business. I came her to change oil and they forgot to put oil on my car and the next day the car engine was messed up and they don’t want to take responsibility. They told me the oil must leak. But there were no leaks. And after that they did something to my car and the oil start leaking after a week. This place is a scam they are not trustworthy. I highly don’t recommend. I hope they will out of business.

Firestone is SO kind, honest and amazing. I would recommend anyone to come to this place. They were able to squeeze me in and help me in a pinch. I will be a recurring customer and come back!

I replaced a Tie Rod and put my Snow Tires on for the season. So I needed an appointment as soon as possible to not wear out the snow tires. Tried calling and setting up appointments elsewhere, but was not able to find anyone who could get me in till Thursday (was on a Tuesday). Till I called here, they were able to get me in the same day and I also had them check + replace my TPMS sensors while I was in. Was told it could take up to 3 hours to complete the work, but they finished a little over 1 hour. My Alignment looks good now, just waiting on the TPMS sensors to correct itself after more driving (will update if issues arise, but I think it will be fine - Edit: After a day of driving the sensors are all being detected). Thanks for the great work!

Pricing is different from what is stated online and they didn’t have the tires they claim to in store, receptionist women upfront was very passive aggressive and condescending when I tried to give information about my vehicle and what I needed done. Not an enjoyable experience to say the least, wouldn’t return for any type of service.

My daughter went to change tires and we were told to buy two tires and we will give you three tires for free. This is how the customer is deceived. Every five minutes they come to my daughter and say there is a malfunction in several places in the tire system because I am out of state on business and we needed a quick repair. I advise not to go to this institution because they are deceitful with the invoices and repairs so that you are not deceived. My experience with them is very bad. I’m on the superman Chevrolet 2017 white colour. What concerns are you talking about? We were deceived and you made us face a fait accompli. I hope that the store owner monitors the employees who deceive customers. You have no mercy on people and customers. My experience is bad.

Had issues getting the air in my tires at a nearby gas station during a polar vortex. The place was closed, but the guys were still willing to fill my tires. It really helped me out of a bad situation.

Called day before . Gave vehicle information and made appointment for an oil change. Received quote and he said theee was a $30 coupon. Dropped off next day. When i picked up the vehicle told the bill was $70 OVER what was quoted AFTER the coupon was applied (so actually $100 more than quoted price) after an objection was reduced to $50 over the quoted price. Shame on me for trying again similar experience a year or so. There will not be a third opportunity. Get it in writing. Ill never understand the gamesmenship/bait and switch business model. If you care at all about your car do not take your car to this location. I’ve had the absolute worst experience ever. They ruined my car and transmission & refuse to take accountability for their mistake. My car was perfectly fine before I brought it to this shop and all of the sudden I start having engine issues. Outside of their horrible service their customer service is terrible. They are rude and treat customers like they’re just another cash cow. No empathy or compassion. The owner should be ashamed of themselves. Save yourself time,money and peace of mind by not taking your car here.

I set an appointment to get my winter tires mounted online. I went in and the system never acknowledged the appointment even though I had a confirmation. Kathy explained that there can be glitches and said she would get my car in because of the confusion. Professional and actually cared about my time. 5 star superstar service!! They have now earned my tire business going forward!

Not good quarter two different prices guys at set everything was done including washing off the motor well phone number spark plug coil not working misfire also it ran really bad when it left there they said all it will clear up after you drive a while no it didn't My mother ended up driving it all the way to elk River really bad running now we have to figure out how to get it back down here and get her a ride back up to elk River to get the car back in there and get it fixed not a good review at all if I could give them a zero I would do it

Had a 10:30am appointment for a simple oil change on a Wednesday and didn’t leave until 11:55am. As a result, this was my last time using Firestone in any capacity.

I'm beyond happy and thankful for Firestone and the employees. They got my car in on a Sunday, a couple hours before close. Other shops were closed or couldn't guarantee that my vehicle would be done the same day. I had a screw in my tire after a trip I had taken and needed my car Monday morning for work. They were kind, knowledgeable and really went above and beyond for me. They didn't treat me like an inconvenience and were happy to help. The wonderful employee will never know just how much it meant to me. I'll be happy to return to this location for any
vehicle needs I have in the future. 100/10. Thank you again!!
