“I like shopping at this Petco, the animals look very healthy and well taken care of. The fish are all alive in the tanks, and the employees there are very nice, knowledgeable and happy to help.”
“This place is simply amazing! The staff were friendly. The tubs were clean and large. This made giving my very hairy pooch a breeze! Not having to bend over to bathe my dog is wonderful...my back isn't broken. The water pressure is good and you control the temperature. There is no time limit, which is also awesome! I was able to wash my dog with the soap provided and then wash her again with prescription shampoo that helps soothe her itchy skin. Then the blow dryer at the end actually has so much power that it was blowing the water off of my dogs hair! To top everything off, the staff cleans up the tub for you! I will definitely be recommending Pet Evolution to my friends and clients at my job (I'm a veterinary technician)! What a nice business!!!”

“I purchased four Blue Acara Cichlids on my first visit. The guys working were friendly and knew what they were talking about. As others have stated, there are no refunds but I was told that they quarantine all of their fish before they are available for purchase. All four of mine look healthy after a month in the aquarium. I will definitely be back again.”
“Amazing. It can be hard to find a good aquatics shop in MN ESPECIALLY one that specializes in salt water aquariums. However thats exactly what you get with Reef Collective. They’re simply the best. All staff that Ive interacted with were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate plus the prices are also very reasonable for a local shop. Parking is super easy with a giant lot. ALSO I know the location seems random but trust me when I say it is not reflection the shop. Anyways I could not recommended them more!”

“Bob is amazing. He has a huge assortment of bird feeders and seed mixtures for birds you wish to attract. Prices are fair and his customer service is excellent he is a veratible encyclopedia of avian knowledge. The road to get to his store is not for the faint of heart - single lane twisty gravel path for about a mile. It can be done in a regular passenger car but don't take a large RV down there!”

They also kept themselves extremely professional throughout the roughly 15min we were there going over options and brief assessments.They have payment options, from what it seems, and I could not see us going elsewhere to help give our pup the best to help him become a better best friend!”

“We come here for the self service grooming rooms! $15/half hour is enough time to get a good wash and dry in. The store is kept clean and they offer a wide variety of food and pet supplies. The staff are helpful and friendly and they offer a frequent buyer program. I got $3 bucks off my wash today which was nice.Ellie gets pretty dramatic after her baths as you can see.”
“I find myself stopping into PSP more and more often. Why? First, it's conveniently located, making it easy for planned or unplanned pop-in visits to make the fur babies happy. Second, and most importantly, the knowledgeable and friendly staff. For example, my most recent visit was for the Buy 3, get 1 Free deal on treats. I was greeted when I walked in and asked if I needed help. I thought I knew what I wanted, so I went to the dog treat aisle and picked out the doggies treats. Given the deal, I started looking around and was approached by another associate who asked if I needed help. I couldn't recall the name brand, but I described the bag. She, without a delay, was able to pick out the treat based on description alone!! And it was a specialty brand, not a "famous" big name!! Mind blown! Great people, great prices and selection. That's why I keep coming back.”

“Better than the other corporate competition. Speaking of corporate, neither deal with anything older. Would rather sell all new for hundreds instead of carrying a $10 needed accessory and the employees don't care or help for the search. Will now have to travel to the nearest well stocked and extremely educated and helpful independent.”

“A minor incident happened while my dog was being groomed. I was called right away and the situation rectified to the best of their ability. Had I been a consumer with no customer service background I probably would have been less understanding and only thinking about my point of view and not theirs. I understand mistakes happen and as long as they are acknowledged and fixed, that’s good customer service to me. Thank you.”
“I go to this petsmart frequently. They always have some type of sale running, which does cause some of the items i purchase regularly to be out of stock by the time i get there. It's most common on dog treats.
I enjoy the number of selections there are at this store compared to other pet stores.
I do wish the registers weren't so close together. Sometimes, it can be difficult to exit with other customer carts being in the way.”
