“Two days ago, I had been traveling across country for two days (MD to MN) when my alternator started acting up. When I went to Precision, they squeezed me in, despite being booked solid. One of their customers graciously gave me his spot so I could get back on the road and pick up my daughter in ND that same night. Precision had me back on the road in just under two hours. God’s impeccable choreography is amazing! I thank God and Precision Auto Repair for helping me quickly in my emergency!!! As I write this two days after Precision replaced my alternator, the van is running great, and my daughter and I are within just a few hours of our destination in CA. “Ryan and his team have always done a great job and competitively priced with all of my oil changes and tire purchases over the last 10-15 years. I challenged them this last week with what we thought was a bad alternator. After multiple alternators swapped out, they found a tiny cut in 1 little wire causing all of the problems. They were very professional and thorough making sure my Explorer is running properly. Ryan also took the time to show me their findings. They have a prime location where I would expect higher pricing but they do not overprice, they are very priced right and competitive. Highly recommend!”

“I had tires put on at a dealership in Elk River. I had to go back and have them rebalanced. They proceeded to add more weight to the existing balanced tires. So I went to Heartland Tire in Ramsey. They checked the existing balance and determined that there was too much weight on them. They took all of the weights and then did a road load balance on them. I couldn’t have been more impressed by their work. They even gave me a military discount without me asking.

“The leadership and staff at this location are incredible at what they do! I was definitely not the “ideal” customer today running late to my tire change appointment and then forgetting one of my old tires and having to come back after my appointment for them to be able to actually change both tires I bought. Despite that, the manager Cory and his staff were very kind and patient with me, offering to let me get my tire and come back with it later that day without having to reschedule a new appointment. I know it was extra time and effort for them to accommodate me today, and I’m grateful that I decided to go through them for my tire change. “Outstanding experience with Discount Tire in Rogers, especially Gatlin and AJ.
I arrived at the store with my Lexus GX after a catastrophic front tire blowout. A tow truck got me there at about 5:53 PM, only a few minutes before closing, and I was honestly expecting that I might have to leave the vehicle overnight.
Instead, Gatlin and AJ took care of me.
They helped get me set up with BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO3s, and what started as a bad day ended up giving me the perfect excuse to finally upgrade all five tires, including the full-size spare.
I really appreciate them helping me even though I showed up right before closing. They could easily have told me to come back the next day, but they made sure I was taken care of and able to get back on the road.
Excellent customer service and a huge thank you to Gatlin, AJ, and the entire team.

“Be prepared for 4 hour stay as 1000 tires are going to be unloaded by hand. 4am appts check in at dock door 5. Someone will materialize and you will give them your paperwork.(there is no actual shipping and receiving office)Their driver will vacate dock 5 and you will pull in afterwards. All docks are occupied during the night. Drop and hook will also take place so be out of the way(53footer same dock out in). Small trucks will vacate docks from 4am on. You may be woken up if you are in the way. 7am appts are unloaded after 4am appt leaves dock 5. I parked on horseshoe before. I don't know what happeneds when you are late.”
“I stopped in expecting I’d be forced into buying a whole new set of tires, but these guys took the time to actually help instead of just upselling me. They mounted a tire on a rim for me quickly, professionally, and saved me hundreds — honestly probably close to a thousand dollars.
