“Was looking for 10' box truck rental, the website didnt have any available, was able to rent a 9' ford transit van for $19.99 the day. The van was in great condition compared to other locations i have rented from had no dents and newer equipment with only 10,000 miles on it. The height was a little issue being less than 5ft tall bùt was able to get everything moved in 1 go. Young woman was pleasant to work with making rental and return very smooth process.”

“The U-Haul is located inside Stephen's self-storage. I received a call the day before by the owner to ensure I was comfortable completing the self check in. When I ran into trouble during the check in the next morning, I was able to reach the owner at their other location. Customer service was great! Kudos to Stephen's self-storage for making the experience easier. I'll be returning from them again!”
“Fantastic - great customer service! The gentleman I spoke with was so very helpful. He told me about the drop box if I would be late and that I could park my car on site while I used the truck (couldn't drive two vehicles at once :) ) The day before I was to pick up the truck, he was checking it over and found there was a mechanical problem.”
