“Super good experience! Highly recommend if you want a slightly more customized engagement ring. They were very accommodating and helpful throughout the process. The only downside is that it took slightly longer than initially anticipated and there was some miscommunication along the way, but everything came out perfect in the end and I would still recommend Knox to others that are looking for a jewelry store that differs from the larger stores across the twin cities.”

Ginger made us feel instantly comfortable and we never once felt rushed or pressured. We got to play with design options and look at their showroom for inspiration. This was so nice because sometimes I can get nervous and go into people pleasing mode but that didn’t happen here because they were so kind. My fiancé also surprised me with some cool additions to the design as well! The jeweler did such an incredible job with our custom design. “Stopped in to the Northtown Mall Blaine Mn location today 6/22/2026 to get a couple of my wife's jewelry pieces inspected & cleaned per the 6 month routine check up. The ladies there were super friendly & helpful. While the 1 girl was inspecting & cleaning the jewelry the other was helping me look at the G Shock watches. They all looked very nice & looked quite rugged also. I ended up selecting a watch then convinced my wife to get one also. I also took advantage of getting the warranty for both. All in all it was a great experience!
Just stopped in for our free cleaning & ended up doing that & leaving with 2 watches. I also put a ring on layaway for the wife.

I ended up chatting with Sylvie on the initial visit and she was amazing to work with. I wanted to take a classic shiny ring and have a hammered texture applied and more of a matte finish. “Met a nice lady when I went to the jewelry store. I had a watch that I wore to work everyday, it needed a little piece on my band clip that was bent and kept falling off my wrist. Randy was in the back and the nice lady brought him the watch and said it's a challenge but he doesn't like to lose.
Well, after a few minutes , Randy came out and had me try it on. It's perfect, back to the way it was. I asked him how much and he said nothing. Asked me my name and gave me his name. What a nice place. Thank you Randy!! And sorry I didn't get your name too, Miss Nice lady!”

“I heard of this place many years ago, but last year I moved in the area and finally got to experience the store. I mainly come here for the massages - what for my attention at first was the BOGO massage offer. They still offer this deal, but it is limited to new clients only, The store itself has a lot of pottery and home decor from around the world. Most times I go in there for a massage, I end up purchasing either their essential oils, body sprays, or room spray.
Scott has a talent of combining scents well and the best part is they're not overpowering.
I primarily have seen Scott for massages. You can tell he's very experienced and knows what he's doing. He takes direction well and gives the amount of pressure you're looking for. Joshua is very helpful at the checkout and always answers questions I have about the products. Scott has a certain lotion there that helps with sore muscles or arthritis. I forget the name of it, but he let me try it and it really did work. It's a little on the expensive side, but it works marvelously and I plan to get that in the future.”

Not long after my appointment, my bracelet did break - but when I brought it back in, it was repaired quickly, no questions asked, and at no extra cost. That level of customer service and care is so appreciated.

“Came to Johantgen Jewelers for an appraisal for insurance and to get my wedding set soldered together. Nikki did an absolutely beautiful job with my rings, which were more challenging than typical rings due to the type of stones in them. She even tightened the settings to ensure I wouldn't lose the stones. Todd was also great and worked with me to make sure I was covered with my appraisal, and he explained how to help make my ring more structurally stable. I'll definitely be back for repairs and anything else I might need in the future!”
