“My back tire had a slow leak and with the weather, I should have known better? Tried to air it up at a Holiday station but the air hose was broken. I had to use the tiny spare tire, argh. So, the next day I called in the morning to Walmart and the guy who answered said it would be a couple hours, so I waited. I brought my Suzuki tire in, and right away the tech found two nails, argh. The young Men working were great. My tire got fixed and they even helped switch back the tires?I am grateful that it did not cost allot and thankful for the patient service.Thank You for having great service in the vehicle area?”

“Jeremy and the entire team here are amazing when it comes to customer service. I had a cracked windshield and originally was referred to Safelite. They wouldn’t do the work and I was at a loss of what to do. I went to Muscatell for an eyesight issue and explained the whole situation before being sent to the collision center to speak to Jeremy. (Ardin was the gentlemen at the main dealership service center. He was very transparent and didn’t want to charge me twice for something that would be fixed after the windshield replacement. He grabbed a mechanic and they were both at a loss for what I was being told by Safelite. They both were honest and only wanted to help me out without charging me a dime.). Jeremy at the collision center, went above and beyond to help me out. As far as calling my insurance company to get the referral sent to them. It was an incredibly kind gesture and one I wasn’t expecting. After spending 20 minutes in their office, and speaking to my insurance, everything was sorted out and a weight was off my shoulders. It was incredible service and made me feel like a valued client. After getting the referral transferred to them, Jeremy was in constant communication and kept me up to date on the process. Within 2 days, they were able to schedule me and get the windshield replaced. I will only be bringing my vehicles into them from now on. If you want world class customer service this is the place to go. Thanks again for everything!”

“Great place for real quality parts...not great if you wanna browse fuzzy dice and plate frames. Deka batteries are sold here and are made in the US. Also a Wix dealer. Got a part that was $20 more at another mainstream parts store, and they said it would need ordering too. I did not get the clerk's name, but he was very knowledgeable. Great little place tucked a bit in the back.”

Front- windshield- easy - rear window was a chore. book replacement doesn't fit. parts manager tried half a dozen and found one that fits but had to make an adjustment to the body of wiper before it would fit. Korean built Trailblazer. go figger.My hat is off to that crew at 13 Ave O'Reilly's”

They didn't have one on-hand, so sent an employee across town to get it from their other location. The store manager, Anthony, saved me from being stranded 50 miles from home, by putting in the new alternator. He & Brady are angels on earth & I can't thank them enough for all they did to help me.”
