It's so clear everyone takes pride in their work. They even detailed the interior of my car! And they organized all the junk in my center console and folded the blankets in my trunk! They really go above and beyond. I am SO THANKFUL they had a loaner car available as well. Highly recommend!”

“I started my business in April of this year, driving my 16 foot box truck all around the country. Saturday turned out to be my worst day in business, as I shredded an almost new front tire after hitting road debris in Duluth, MN. I made it only around 15min out of Superior on 53S, and my tired exploded. Long story short, I spent over an hour stranded on a small shoulder of a busy highway with no resolve due to the complete ineptitude of my insurance company and their lack of knowledge. I was told my vehicle couldn't be fixed on the side of the road, and couldn't be towed without disconnecting the driveshaft, both of which were completely false statements. When not a SINGLE other company within 2 hours of Superior would help me, I came across Duke Boys Towing, and everything changed. Not only were they courteous, but they actually seemed to care about my dire situation as well, and jumped into action immediately! Steven showed up fast, and had me loaded up and ready to be towed to Pomp's Tire in Superior in no time. He even picked up my triangles off the highway and put them in my truck so I wouldn't have to be in harms way any more than I had already been. I almost broke down in tears as I was so happy that somebody not only answered the phone, but they were there and taking me out of this bad situation. I cannot say thank you enough to Steven for performing his job as such a high level of accuracy, and the dispatcher Abbey for being knowledgeable and smooth with setting this up. I am not trying to be funny or cheeky when I say all of this, and I really mean this from the heart. If it wasn't for Duke Boy's towing, I would still be stranded 5 hours from home on the side of a busy highway with no resolve in sight. I joked with Steven that he was glowing like an Angel when he showed up, but I mean it. I have a 9mth pregnant fiancé at home who needs me home, and Duke Boy's Towing made that happen. I'd give them 6 out of 5 stars if I could. Much love to you all! ❤️✌️????”
“I stopped by this business as I noticed my emergency brake cable hanging lower than usual under my Ram. So I thought I'd take advantage of the free estimate. They were able to spot the problem and fixed it quickly. I was charged a generously low fee and on my way with a complete explanation of the problem and how they fixed it. I will be a customer in the future!!”

“Had a problem with a car that wouldn’t start right before thanksgiving and these guys were awesome! Recommended a great towing company and even though they said it would be Monday after thanksgiving before they could look at it, they found time to work on it that same day. They kept it overnight and did a full diagnostic and everything checked out. Not sure why the car wouldn’t start (not the battery) but they went the extra mile to work on the car quickly and only charged me a very reasonable rate! Five stars and would definitely recommend them!”

“Brought my 22 Ford Explorer in to Mike Jr. at Gene’s at the beginning of February for a door ding. I can honestly say they are the best at auto body repairs! Door ding and some other dings, ones I didn’t even know were there, all repaired. It was done on time. They even cleaned the interior! We won’t bring our vehicles anywhere else. The whole staff at Gene’s is great to work with.”
“Had an issue with an older Toyota 4Runner. I contacted Dave's Transmission and spoke directly to Darrell. He said it "didn't sound like it would be good news." I towed the vehicle to them, they got it into the shop the very next day, figured out the problem, and got me on my way with a pretty small sized bill. I did run into a tiny issue when I got the vehicle home. Darrell and his team went above and beyond and came out to my house to fix it. I truly can't say enough about this shop and their team. Unbelievable and unparalleled customer service and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing quality work on their vehicle. You won't find a better shop around town.”
“Right when I'm about to go down to see my brother, my battery dies. My extended warranty hooked me up with these guys and that's when everything changed. Not only were they very knowledgeable about my vehicle that I was driving, they also helped confirm my suspicion of it being truly a dead battery and not an alternator or something else. The towing service i payed for was just to tow my vehicle back to my place for me to fix on my own. Little did I know I came across some very genuine and caring people. Guy payed for my battery and installed it himself in less than 15 minutes. All while him entrusting i pay him back at a later time. Words truly can't express how grateful I am for their services. I made it back to see my brother in a faster time than I expected! Thank you brother!”
“I had a malfunction on my braking system on vehicle I was towing behind an RV. I expected my brakes to be totally shot, and brought it in to Bill’s. Brent could have completely taken advantage of the situation, but he didn’t. He inspected my brakes, gave my vehicle clean bill of health, and got me back on the road. Honest, good people here.”
“I've used the Hermantown Service Center since my brother Scott started it with Rick. Scott moved on a couple of years after but I've stuck with Rick and his crew all these years. They run an honest professional shop with great customer service. These guys are real mechanics, not just parts changers.”

“We were visiting from Southdakota on and check engine light came on in my Jeep Grand Cherokee on Thursday afternoon. O'Reilly auto ran a diagnostic on it on Friday morning and it was a misfire in #3 cylinder due to ignition coil. He recommended Apex Auto repair and John with Apex got in in on Saturday and did an awesome job and got it fixed and back on the road so we can make it back home early the next week. I can't thank John with Apex enough for the awesome customer service and taking care of us on Labor day weekend. Again thank you John”

During process of repair was more damage to bumper than first noted but did not charge extra from their quote even though I was willing to pay more. The car is now showroom quality again. Color matched perfect and meticulous work. Was completed a day early from their estimate. Customer service was top notch. Offered a loaner car but did not need one. “I called all around duluth looking for a headgasket repair quote for my prius. Brads was one of maybe 2 or 3 who was able to do it, and was also the least expensive quote. They repaired the car quickly and educated me all about what they did.
Fast forward a few months and the prius had other issues (has over 200k on the car), and I and my wife both drive for work. Brads was booked solid but let me drop the car off to work on as they found time. Not only did they fix the 2nd issue, they did so ahead of schedule and billed me extremely reasonably. My 210k car drives like it's brand new almost.
Aside from all that Brads was personable, friendly, educated me on the issues, and I never once felt even remotely taken advantage of like some other places. If you've ever felt that way, head to brads, they'll be fair and treat you respectfully. They communicated well, and understood the plight of not having a vehicle.
Although it may just seem like a mechanics shop, we all know the toll it takes on a young working family to loose a vehicle and the expense that causes on monthly bills. Brads took care of us and really helped out our family when we needed it. There aren't many businesses anymore you can say that about.
