While the repairs were being made, I was sent several text messages keeping me up to date. The truck is back and looks as good as new. They even cleaned the entire interior for me. “Professional from start to finish, John gave me an over phone estimate and appointment.I dropped my 24 Silverado 2500HD off to have bed sprayed. ABS did an amazing job with attention to detail even around the small detailed box items. John and I discussed the work prior to confirm my expectations. ABS completed the work on time just as agreed upon. Upon getting home I receive a call from John saying ABS also noticed an imperfection in the paint(truck is brand new) and buffed it out for me for free! Genuine dude running honest business.”

“So glad I called them. 2013 F-150 with a bad lead frame. Had my truck at the Duluth stealership for 2 weeks only to find out many thousands of these lead frames are on back order across the country. No ETA on the part that was quoted as being $1300 plus labor. They estimated 6 to 9 months One call to Hermantown Transmission and within 5 minutes they found the part in Texas, had it shipped to Duluth and fixed my truck for a total cost of $800 within five days. Thank you guys.”

Lucky's came up more than once. To my delight they were able to get me in fairly promptly. Yes, I am the typical woman and know very little about cars. My raving review comes from the fact I felt it was a fair price (from research) and I really felt like they took a moment to show me what went on and the why. When at other shops you get spoken to like the clueless car customer (that you are). They also worked with me for payment, which I greatly appreciate since it was a surprised expense. I am 86 years old, driving since I was 16 and have never had an accident that an insuance company cared about. Plan to drive as long as it makes sense.Today I got there an hour early and the gentleman said he would have them working as soon as they could, and it was less than a half hour!I hadn't had time to eat lunch so I was happy to enjoy a bag of their always fresh popcorn and a bottle of cold water.After I got back in the car it dawned on me that they had done a complimentary cleanup of the cab area!Love that place and their great employees!
