These days it feels like you spend 100 dollars just to call a dealership about problems so it was encouraging to have someone knowledgeable about cars that is willing to help without emptying your bank account first.”

“I was traveling through Duluth with my wife and friends while on a short vacation and my truck broke down. After calling 3 other places, Christie at Tim's Auto Care center said they could fit me in. She arranged for a tow truck and a rental car. Even though they were very busy and my truck didn't get there untill after 3 in the afternoon, they brought it inside that day, diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts from the twin cities. Tim called me right away in the morning and told me what the entire repair would cost. (The price was very fair). They completed the repair by noon that day. Even though no one likes to have their vehicle break down, I could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks again to Christie, Tim and his crew for making what I feared being a long and terrible experience while being on vacation, to the BEST repair experience I have ever had. I cannot say enough good things about Tim's Auto Care center.”
