“This Little Store (no pun intended) is very convenient. I stopped in following the Duluth Airshow to get gasoline and a drink. Place was not very busy and the bathroom was also clean. Friendly workers too. Overall it’s a nice little gas station/convenience store.”

I visited at 9:15pm on a Saturday night. Just after blowing up my tire on 35, then getting it fixed by a shop just around the corner. I had a five hour drive home ahead of me. This Kwik trip was so amazing! The staff were so cheerful and absolutely hilarious!!! Ryan was an absolute hoot! He was cracking jokes with my family and was so good and customer service! He seriously brings that good ole Kwik Trip feel to that store! I am from a place with no Kwik Trips and I miss them so much! This is my all time new favorite location! Of course, when I asked if they had a place for me to leave reviews, Ryan said to make sure I include that he is pretty! So, Ryan I hope you see this lol!!! Another top tier employee at the location is Zaine! They were absolutely awesome at their job! I am totally in love and will stay loyal to this location for a while!”
“I never really write reviews but this Short Stop has always been my favorite gas station in Duluth. Not only because of the selection but also the people who work there. Last night I went in there and they removed their water machine ? it’s not a big deal, but you can’t get water anymore without buying a plastic bottle… kinda sad we can’t access free water in gas stations anymore, but I’m sure there was good reasoning for it. Wish they would have kept it but made it so you’d have to purchase the cup/bring in your own.”
“Just started going to Kwik Trip, and this is my 1st time to THIS one. The lady passing out chicken tenders and mashed potatoes & rotisserie chicken was soooo nice! And..... OMG, they now have THC beverages! Enjoy all my pictures from 7/30/24,today! I finally used a coupon for the first time!”
“If the Fredenberg Minnoette doesn’t have it, you don’t need it! I appreciate the Minnoette for going above and beyond with their customer service. They have a great selection of fishing and hunting items, and a small grocery/convenience store that saves me significant time and money versus driving all the way into town.”
“Actually, 1 of the last places around you can pump gas & then go inside & pay!!! I was paying w/cash & had no idea how much it would be to top it off. I estimated $30 & clerk said "you don't have to prepay" I went back out & filled tank @ $22.23 (love hybrids). Clerk saved me time & a headache of needing to get refunded the difference had I pre-paid!”

“This is probably one of the best spots where you can find a friendly and cozy place to relax. The environment is nice, and the employees are really great at making sure each client feels important and well taken care of. Here are the highlights:
Manners: The staff is very courteous, you can easily reach them, and they don't have to be reminded to help you out.
The atmosphere: The interior design is so relaxing that even in a group you would not feel cramped. It is a very cozy and homely environment that you will appreciate Mainly when you are on your own.
People Flow: The site being at the heart of the city traffic, the place is very popular. There are people around constantly, Mainly at the most busiest times.

It is definitely worthwhile coming here since there is great support and the surroundings are also quite comfortable. Truth is it might be sometimes crowded is a small inconvenience for such a great location.”

“Every time I go here the clerks are always pretty cool. The bathroom as well cleaned and you actually get full water pressure. They even let you borrow a pen if you need it, customer service is off the chain. Got to keep supporting this one.”
“I am SO grateful for the new store lead Heather that started a few weeks ago. Before her arrival to replace the prior store lead, this location was not keeping the chicken stocked at random times of the day. I stopped twice for chicken strips midday only to be told that the fryers had been shut down with no explanation as to why. I don’t want cold food when I get home so I forget telling me to backtrack to another location lol it’s funny to me that employees at so many stores don’t realize that customers have the internet in their pocket at all times and that some of us are comfortable calling corporate for help while we’re standing inside the store!
I for one am ecstatic to see a new lead here that upholds policy. Maybe the next time I want my high carb cheat treat meal, I can actually get it here thanks to Heather :)”

“Well in Duluth for our 16-year wedding anniversary my wife needed to get a prescription filled that I already been filled at our main pharmacist down in twin cities. The pharmacist at this location was super helpful in getting the prescription transferred it was an hour had it filled for us The staff was all super friendly and made it a nice experience and trying to get the prescription filled.”
“Very good experience every time I come in only because there is one guy and one girl the guy is JT I don't know what the girl's name is she works in the evenings otherwise yes altogether great people except for my experience this morning or this afternoon I was speaking to the guy JT and letting him know how wonderful he is with people and how his conversation helps change people's days and the lady that was standing next to him said have a good day bye now and cut me off short now that lady there has no skills no no communication skills whatsoever but besides a fact of that lady I give this store five stars just because of JT and the one night stuff ladies and I'll find out her name but that lady that's on right now at 1:43 and the afternoon she needs to check her attitude corporate needs to look into her cuz she shouldn't talk like that not at all not when someone's giving them five stars cuz she was rude as hell that's all I got to say and but otherwise JT great great great customer service good person and so is a night staff I cannot remember her name but I will put her name in here too wonderful wonderful lady but again that lady that's working right now at 1:44 on the 31st of December she has an attitude of a rotten wet mop I mean rotten this lady shouldn't even be working there to be honest with you but otherwise JT he made it everything he made it everybody's day I was standing there I listened to it I seen it and that lady kept trying to take credit away from him and being rude to him as the man is trying to do his job that's all I noticed just being observant”

“Nanay's Kitchen, inside, gives the best takeout places in Duluth a run for their money. If not available hot, there is always some in the freezer (still better than most restaurant options.) Don't know the first thing about FIlipino food? Neither did I. Each time someone (sometimes a lady, sometimes a gentleman) was glad to give me a rundown, and I've yet to be disappointed.”
