“First time reviewer, long time Movo-er here to echo all of the positive comments about this gym! As someone who sometimes struggles to prioritize movement I love the variety and structure of Movo classes. You can show up a husk of a human at 5:30am and leave feeling stronger and more fulfilled at 6:20am.

Jess and her team do an excellent job at providing a safe, structured environment and helping to provide accommodations so that your workout is exactly what you need. Big love and three cheers for Movo!!”

“CrossFit Aerial is like home to me! 3 days a week x10+ yrs - I come for the people, the challenge, the motivation and the fact that my facial muscles are often as sore as the rest of the body due to all the laughs and smiles that are generated in the box! The owners and coaches are top notch and are welcoming to all and really help customize and guide you to reach for your own personal goals. If you want to be a person who does hard things and learns to love hard things you should come join the fun!”

“My home club is in KC, but I try to work out at this gym when I am in the area. The 9 Round workout is always great, and the trainers are always very welcoming and helpful. Excited that this gym has gone to the 24-hour access model for its home members. The trainers, along with the variety and convenience of the workouts, is what sets 9 Round apart and makes it absolutely sustainable.”

“My 6 year old son has been going here for a few weeks now and absolutely loves it. He has fun, learns new things including staying disciplined, and it’s also very cool that family can watch him while class is in session. Brandon and Katie along with other teachers are great people to be around and their experience shows :)”

“Not a bad spot at all, it’s small but has everything you need and is priced reasonably for what you get. Wish it was a little cooler but there’s fans everywhere and if you’re gonna work out you’re gonna get hot anyway.”

“I have trained with Eric for a little over a year and while I went in initially with incredibly different goals in mind, the ones I’ve accomplished are immeasurable.I am consistently working out, have a better relationship with food, and Eric has been a wonderful support through these changes. He’s kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable.I cannot recommend Eric/XMT-3 training enough. Thank you, Eric!”

“Joined Snap for the evening and weekend fitness classes which are A+.

Interval Training on Sat is a tabata-style HIIT class (20 sec on / 10 sec off). This is my favorite class.

Barre is also great - uses weights, balls and bands.

Amber’s Mixer is choreographed cardio (think Zumba but with pop music) and some kickboxing moves. This is more of a cardio class but uses dumbbells sometimes.”

“While traveling for work, I have been to well over a hundred Anytime Fitness locations. This one in Duluth has to be in my top five visits. Regardless of your fitness goals, this facility will have what you need. It's a well rounded facility with space for mobility and functional work on the lowest level, to include battle rope, push sled, kettlebells, and stationary bikes. On the main floor there's four squat racks, and an excellent hack squat machine which I would have used a bit more if the medial aspect of my knee wasn't acting up. Axle bars, multi grip bench bars, etc are all available. Assault treadmill as well. Multiple well maintained, clean bathrooms with showers. A good selection of precor machines and cardio equipment. If I lived locally, I would make this my home gym! Quick shoutout to the incredibly helpful staff and trainer.”

“Easily the best gym in the area. Though I might be bias, this club has always focused on a positive member experience. They truly care for their members goals and success. Sure, they may not be the cheapest place to go in town, but you will never find a gym with a better sence of community and camraderie.”

“DISC has 4 volleyball nets and open Friday volleyball, typically starting around 930pm until midnight. Usually, it has a good-sized and friendly crowd as well as good team rotations and fair team setup. For a $5 per person charge, it's a fun Friday night.”
