“The place parallels to none. The staff there knows exactly what you want and knows exactly how to make it. I refuse to go to any other shake place because it is not Tower Fit. They clearly are Superior to all other shake shops. I would give 10 stars if the review would let me! Visit this place as often as you can!!”

“UW Superior's Gem, a gift to the community for sure! State of the art facility, and overkill health and wellness sports facility for a population that has little interest outside their own direct reasoning to care (example: child or grandchild is a competitive athlete in high school or attends the U) to take advantage of the place. The gym is a sprawling mass of hardwood perfect for 3on3 basketball tournaments or use for practices if playing in any number of area youth or adult competitive leagues. Pung Pong in the lower lobby, great track, weight rooms, quiet areas, some concessions, seems to be clean in all the common areas yet couldn't say how sanitized any of the work out spaces or equipment actually are. Anyways, a pretty great underappreciated, underutilized space by the locals much like anything else of value in this armpit of the north known as Superior, WI.”

“A great atmosphere. Where everyone is equal regardless of their body type and/or athleticism. The coaches are knowledgeable and are fun to work with. Most times they join right in with the class. Be prepared to have a good workout, sweat, and most likely even laugh a bit. There is a lot more to offer than just the standard gym. I’ve been going for over 2 years, and I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad workout. I highly recommend going and trying out all of the different kinds of classes that are offered.”
