Park Point Marina Inn is a great hotel option in Duluth, offering a relaxed, quiet, and welcoming atmosphere. The overall vibe is calm and comfortable, with a warm lobby featuring beautiful wooden accents. Many rooms are beautiful, clean, lovely, and look brand new, with plenty of space, gorgeous harbor views, and comfy beds. Upgrading to a deluxe room for the balcony is worth it. The hotel provides excellent and wonderful customer service; every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, is friendly, nice, and amazing. Service is a highlight, with attentive touches like a follow-up call after check-in.
Guests enjoy nice amenities including a really nice pool area and a hot tub and sauna. The hotel has quaint public spaces for hanging out with family and friends, a cute cocktail lounge with reasonably priced okay food, and a free s'mores bar in the evening. The breakfast is decent, excellent, above and beyond expectations, and hands down the best continental breakfast, with awesome biscuits and gravy. The hotel is solid, smooth, and comfortable, making guests feel very pleased and safe. Its unique location on the grounds of the old Duluth Boat House adds a neat part of Duluth’s history. Many guests state they would absolutely stay here again any time of the year.
We made a quick one night trip to Duluth and stayed at the Park Point Marina. The location was excellent - right next to Duluth's famous aerial lift bridge. The rooms were comfortable, and the evening Smores were a big hit with my kids. I wish we had stayed another night or two!

Stayed one night. Front desk people were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet is awesome! We stayed first level lakeside. Beautiful view. Room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Reasonably priced. You can easily walk to canal park and enjoy all the activity.
