The Radisson Hotel Duluth-Harborview is an adequate and comfortable three-star hotel, noted for its great revolving restaurant with a fantastic city view. The restaurant is kid-friendly and the location is close to other restaurants and Starbucks. Many guests highlight the great customer service and friendly front desk staff. However, the hotel shows significant signs of needed updates and maintenance. The building and some rooms have a general air of dingy and could use TLC, with crowded bathrooms and amenities. Maintenance issues are common, including a broken sauna, elevators needing cleaning and repair, and persistent problems with the TV feed. Housekeeping service can be inconsistent, with reports of rooms not being cleaned during stays, trash not being emptied, and a lack of fresh towels. The rotating restaurant itself has received poor reviews for dirty conditions, sticky floors, uncleared tables, and unattended service. While the rooms are generally considered clean, some guests have found them not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. For many, the excellent staff is the highlight, but management appears unresponsive to ongoing issues.
