They need better employees who know how to do there job. The girl.at the fed ex counter was like a snob early morning. Didn't know a thing about her job.

The drive thru is a gamble. Sometimes it’s open sometimes not. Used to be 2 lanes also. So if the elderly need to pick up prescriptions maybe have a hard time being mobile, they are forced to walk inside all the way to the back.

Very slow. I have had countless issues getting prescriptions filled here, thought it was normal until I went to Essentia.
