Walgreens is a well-known pharmacy chain that generally provides satisfactory service, though experiences can vary. The pharmacists at Walgreens have been praised for going above and beyond, particularly in assisting customers with complex medication needs. One customer, a diabetic taking Mounjaro, had issues with their mail-order pharmacy and was able to get prompt and helpful service from the Kenwood Walgreens pharmacist, who resolved the insurance coverage problem and ensured the prescription was ready quickly. Customers have also had positive experiences with other Walgreens services, such as photo printing, where the staff were described as incredibly fast and offering excellent customer service. However, there have been some less favorable encounters, with one customer reporting a frustrating experience at the pickup window where their prescription was not ready, and they were told to return later. Overall, Walgreens seems to provide a mixed bag of experiences, with the quality of service and product availability varying across different locations and interactions. While the pharmacy services have been praised in some cases, the chain does not always meet the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
I needed a pharmacy transcript transfer and they put my pharmacy on hold for 30 minutes. On top of that I called myself was put on hold and they just hug up. I saw one the doctors there wispy blond hair with split ends and pancake hinds; so not sure why I expected so much from her, she gives so little to herself.

I have never used a more incompetent pharmacy. Need a prescription filled? Go elsewhere.
