“Recently purchased a used vehicle for my son. Noticed an issue with driverside door closing, but not sealing/aligning all the way. Went for an estimate to see what is wrong and the cost. Ferris checked out my car and after some review, he thought a simple adjustment to the latch could do the trick. Sure enough a quick 10 minute adjustment and there was noticeable difference. Ferris did advise that if I noticed the air sound as before it may be the seal. I was in and out with in 15 minutes and a plan moving forward. Ferris was kind enough to do the adjustment free of charge. Lucky for me the small adjustment worked and I rode home in silence! Thank you Ferris and Superior, you've earned a customer for life!”
“I had some damage to my aluminum tailgate on my new Ram PU. Caliber Collison's bid was double than Trail. I was told by Caliber all the plastic logos and top tailgate foil would break and would cost me around $500 to replace.
Trail Autobody removed and reinstalled all the plastic parts. Bryan who I first met with made me feel confident about their workmanship.
Matt who did the work made the repair look like factory condition and even repaired some small dents not quoted in the proposal. When I picked up the truck I noticed a couple of microscopic nibs in the paint and brought it to Matt's attention. He immediately spent a couple minutes wet sanding and buffing them out.
Trail Autobody is a small intimate business that does extraordinarily great work. I highly recommend this service and 100% will patronize their company for all my auto body work

“Great Amsoil dealer, easy to order and receive product from. Got an oil change kit for my Street Glide. Also bought primary and transmission oil. With the factory Harley Davidson transmission oil I definitely could hear the gears. Put in the correct Amsoil fluid for my bike and the gear noise went away. Would highly recommend Amsoil from Pat's Synthetic!”
“I spoke a Dey rep on the phone looking for a drain pump for my old GE washer. After a few minutes I was told it was no longer available. I thanked the rep and hung up. After a few minutes my phone rang,it was the rep calling back to let me know he found a Frigidaire part number that should work. He said he didn't have the part at his location but the Eagan location should. The part was a direct fit. Problem solved. This extra effort is rare today. I thank you sir.”
“Had someone back into my car and scratched up the bumper. I was able to book an appointment for the next day to get an estimate. They were incredibly friendly and explained all options. They ended up being able to buff everything out. They had me in out in a half hour. Didn’t charge me a dime for the estimate and buff. Good to know I was taken care of, and not up sold in a situation I didn’t ask for. Professional and genuinely nice from every single person I interacted with.”

“It was my first time here and had a great experience overall. I made an appointment the same day for 3pm and it only took about an hour, quick service and no upselling me anything unnecessary. Isaiah, who was working the front desk was very professional and provided a smooth service. I ended up leaving with no issues and no lights left on my dashboard which is pretty common for me when I leave most places. Highly recommend, especially you LADIES looking for a good place to service your car in the Eagan area.”

“I had a limited amount of time getting ready for a long haul to northern Minnesota. I just did my own headlight assemblies and no shop wanted to help out aligning lights. I walked in and was immediately helped, greeted and super nice staff. They began to write up an estimate and they just decided they would just take care of it for me. The Manager Adam, was super nice to talk with, I also learned he loves fishing as much as I do, the more anglers I meet the better. This place was super friendly and really helped me out, they have certainly earned my future business. The very much so demonstrated they care about anyone that walks through the door.
