I walked in and was immediately helped, greeted and super nice staff. They began to write up an estimate and they just decided they would just take care of it for me. The Manager Adam, was super nice to talk with, I also learned he loves fishing as much as I do, the more anglers I meet the better. “I had some damage to my aluminum tailgate on my new Ram PU. Caliber Collison's bid was double than Trail. I was told by Caliber all the plastic logos and top tailgate foil would break and would cost me around $500 to replace.
Trail Autobody removed and reinstalled all the plastic parts. Bryan who I first met with made me feel confident about their workmanship.
Matt who did the work made the repair look like factory condition and even repaired some small dents not quoted in the proposal. When I picked up the truck I noticed a couple of microscopic nibs in the paint and brought it to Matt's attention. He immediately spent a couple minutes wet sanding and buffing them out.
