“Northland Collision makes getting body work done a genuinely great experience every time. My most recent visit was after my parked car was sideswiped. I went through the at fault driver’s insurance and chose Northland again since I’d had such a positive experience before. They did not disappoint.
They provided a quote within 10 minutes, and when I dropped off my car, they clearly explained the process. I would only pay what insurance covered, and they would handle any additional costs directly with the insurance company. I did not have to manage anything.
They even drove me to Enterprise to pick up my rental, which made the whole process feel easy and seamless. When my car was ready, they let me know I could return the rental to them and they would take care of the rest.
I got my car back beautifully repaired, and as a bonus, it was freshly washed and detailed. Such a nice surprise.
I would never hope to need body work again, but if I do, I would not go anywhere else besides Northland Collision!”
“Today was a really treat in customer service, kindness and common cents that is no longer common. I came in wanting to buy wiper blades. There were a few people in front of me no big deal. The line moved fast while still offering customers free installation of the wiper blades they purchased. More impressive in today’s world is that when the phone rang and it did frequently Cedric answered let them know he was helping the people in front of him and with be with them shortly. Which I so appreciated! With knowledge, kindness and efficiency Cedric got the blades I came in for and promptly installed them and disposed of the old one. Thank you! And well done.”

“Had an incredible pick on there Wheelbarrow Sale day, today. Probably about $700 worth of parts, overflowing the wheelbarrow. The only catch to this sale, there's a PVC square just inside the door it has to fit through, as wide as an SUV tailgate, maybe 5 feet tall. Awesome day picking. Car folks, y'all will love this place.”
