“We had brought our son’s car home from college to have a $300 repair done. The night before my husband was to take the car back to him, I noticed the right headlight was out. It’s always something! My husband works nights as a truck driver so I went myself to OReillys in Rosemount MN to buy the headlight hoping I could figure out how to do it and save my husband some time and trouble. “I have a new favorite auto body shop! After a mishap with a new driver, I had a scrape with some dented grooves on my new (less than a year old after spending a year on a waitlist) van. I got multiple reviews, and nearly all of them told me that I had to replace entire panels and all surrounding parts. It sounded a lot like someone telling me that I had to entirely replace my drywall for a few nail holes. Northland reviewed the damage, was able to fix it without disassembling half my van, and have it back to me in just under 3 days for a significantly more reasonable price. So grateful, and a new huge fan!”
