I went here a lot as a kid for plane and car models, and continue to shop for various specialty items, gifts, and the sheer novelty. I have gotten board games, puzzles, die cast Ferraris, sandpaper, model rocket parts, and much more. Also really enjoy bringing my father-in-law, as he is a model train enthusiast - Hub Hobby is paradise for him.”

“Went here to pick up a paint marker. They have literally everything the artist in your life could need. The only downside in my opinion is the corporate online sales don't apply in store. And their not willing to adjust the price if their out of stock on a bulk item & you have to purchase each one independently. Other than that the store is always clean the staff are extremely kind & helpful. There's plenty of parking in the ramp.”

“i only do online orders, and this michaels is the absolute best. my orders are always ready for pickup in less than an hour, usually less than 10 minutes. pretty incredible, i don’t know how they always do it. when i it pick up, someone always greets me and gives me a compliment on something or asks me how i am doing. so sweet! i appreciate you guys so much!”
“I am the green-haired lady who stopped by a week ago or so and bought a bunch of things here, including 3 Traptrix decks (trying to buy build a traptrix deck with structure decks). I've never had this happened before, but a crucial $5 card (Ash Blossom) was completely missing out of one of the boxes. I recounted over and over and accepted that it was just missing.
I called the store to get a receipt as well cuz I couldn't find the receipt and told the guy over the phone I was missing a card, hoping maybe he could help, but he didn't really offer to do anything about it, but he at least was able to email me my receipt.
I give the store 4/5 because idk where the blame should be put and may very well not be their fault, and the workers there were still very nice people and enjoyed chatting with the lady there.”
“I’m visited the store to browse the D&D book collection Games by James had, hoping to find something that peaked my interest. While doing so an employee, I believed whose name was Ian, walked up and helped me decide from the selection. I loved that I didn’t even have to ask for help, and I loved even more the advice he provided. I ended up walking away satisfied with a Xanathar’s Guide to Everything.”
“This is the only card shop that my son and I will go to even though it's over an hour away for us. Great customer service, does get a bit busy at times but when they aren't they encourage you to rip packs there. If you pull a good one they sleeve it quick and even give you an idea on value.”
“The is a small store but it is jam packed! There are novelty toys, stuffed animals, and things like coloring and maze books. I loved the selection of games and puzzles though and did not leave the shop empty handed. If I'm ever at the mall again I will definitely be sure to stop here.”
