“I needed to pick up a package that I didn’t get because it needed a signature. I tried using the 1800 number to see if I could pick it up or at least get it delivered a different time of day next time. After going around a while it became clear that I wasn’t going to get anywhere on the phone. I tried my luck going in person to the UPS place and the supervisor was very helpful in finding it. He went out of his way and looked in the driver’s delivery cars after hours while it was sub-zero and brought back my package, all while smiling. I think his name was Timmy.I’ve also had nothing but good experiences with my usual driver, but I don’t know his name.”

“Finn is incredible!! Every interaction I’ve had with him at this location has been wonderful but today I left so impressed w this young man! I mailed out ten packages probably and he was so helpful plus patient. Not to mention there were atleast 7-8 people also there at that time. He was able to multitask seemlessly between all of us and never broke a sweat or a smile! This guy absolutely deserves a raise, all of us present at the store were so impressed w him! “Attending a recent conference in Minneapolis, I brought in some expensive watches that I had just purchased to ship out from the Hilton UPS store to a family member in another state. A young woman named May was working the counter and was so helpful - she packaged them up for me. A few days later I still had not gotten a notice that the package had been shipped; I had already flown home to Tennessee but I called the store and talked with May, who said it was possible they had not yet been picked up. She called on Monday and left a VM saying she went downstairs, found my package, and made sure it was put on the truck for shipment. Over and above, thank you, May! I appreciate the gracious and outstanding service she provided. @ UPS, she is a great asset to your team.”

“I had the best experience with this place. My grandmother had passed away, and I needed to ship a lot of truly priceless, but incredibly fragile items of hers back down to my home in TX. I stopped in with all this stuff, incredibly nervous about how to get it there safely, and already in an emotional state. Thankfully, the manager was there and helped me take care of everything. He was so kind and helpful, and didn’t even charge me for all the materials I used trying to (failing to) pack the items myself. He personally packed up everything, and it all made it safely to the other end of the country. Not a thing was broken or chipped, and it made it there pretty fast too. Now I’ve got all of my grandma’s wedding china and a few other things always with me to remember her by. I’m so incredibly grateful.”

“During the Holiday Season this is the place to go! The Staff is kind and incredibly helpful. The store owner, Jim, went above and beyond to help us save on packaging and shipping (make sure you use your AAA discount!) But what really warmed my heart was when I was having issues with my key fob. My car wouldn't unlock. He graciously offered to take me and my friend to to get a new battery for my key fob. He soothed the frustration with sweet stories and said: "It's an adventure day!". And he was right, with a little kindness from a stranger, he changed a terrible situation into a little adventure. You changed my perspective and brought some warmth on a cold Minneapolis afternoon. Thank you for your kindness!”

They are so efficient that even if there is a line, it moves quickly. We have always had great service here. Keep up the good work UPS!”
