When I go into the UPS Store near me I’m walking into a friendly where I know I’ll get excellent services and always with a smile from the Clerks. They have helped me any times to select the best box size or fasten a package I’m shipping.
Tracking is wonderful. The Choice tracking lets me know when to call my family members and friends to check that my items shipped arrived and are in perfect condition. The same is true when I shop online and ship direct.

“I really like this UPS store in Burnsville. It's busy but they have a lot of employees and the like always moves fast. I have to ship things from time to time and I use Pirate Ship to print my own label to save time. They are always helpful and check my packages in for me. Plus it's convenient right off 42. The only downside is the parking lot is small and busy so you have to be careful or you will be run into. For what ever reason, some people drive like maniacs. But the store is great.”

He was extremely patient while working through a bunch of issues with multiple customers.
I've had lots of employees and I watch customer service people.
He's well trained so cudios to management but even more the character he showed means that he has gifting.

If he's not appreciated then I would certainly make an effort to hire him out from under UPS Stores.

“the people that work here are genuinely helpful, i came in once with a super confusing verizon return and didn't have the paperwork i was supposed to have and the person working that day found a workaround within 5 minutes. i also just went in to get a passport photo taken and after they told me they didn't do digital copies the guy offered to just take the picture on my phone free of charge (should've gotten your name, i appreciate you!)”
