“I've been using this business center for years, and they have been excellent. They scan in my mail in a timely manner, communicate well, and their print jobs look great. I actually needed some more fliers printed while out of town, and the other place did not look nearly as good. So I decided to wait and have the team here print more for me instead. Thank you for everything!”

“I can count on consistent delivery of my packages, usually 1,100 miles away to family. When I go into the UPS Store near me I’m walking into a friendly where I know I’ll get excellent services and always with a smile from the Clerks. They have helped me any times to select the best box size or fasten a package I’m shipping. Tracking is wonderful. The Choice tracking lets me know when to call my family members and friends to check that my items shipped arrived and are in perfect condition. The same is true when I shop online and ship direct. Kudos for The UPS Store #1236 and The UPS Team.”

“Hey, I came in with a challenge AJ helped me through it while taking care of a whole bunch of customers He was extremely patient while working through a bunch of issues with multiple customers. I've had lots of employees and I watch customer service people. He's well trained so cudios to management but even more the character he showed means that he has gifting. Congratulations to the store and him. If he's not appreciated then I would certainly make an effort to hire him out from under UPS Stores. Peace John R Tolo Director - Koinonia MN”
