“Great honest business. My plastic protector was cracked thought for sure it was my screen. He could have easily taken the phone in the back and pretended it was a bad screen replaced it, but he was super honest and saved me from getting a new screen. Will be here again!”

“I went to the AT&T store on York Avenue because my email wasn’t working. I was happy to see that Daniel was there because he’s assisted me with phone problems before. Daniel was incredibly helpful. He walked me through the process to change my password so my email could be reset, and then had me go through the steps again so I could fix the problem on my own if it happened again. Daniel is knowledgeable and personable. I’ll go to this store again when it’s time to upgrade my phone.”

BONUS - I walked out with a smaller monthly phone bill and wasn't expecting that! All because of Victor the AT&T Representative. He was honestly the best sales person I have ever encountered! He really helped me out and made me feel like he was looking out for my best interest.

“Super sweet and professional was sent here after a terrible experience at the Burnsville store with the lying associate Steven. These guys apologized for what I went through and actually talked to me about the details in the plan I was signing up for that the other store didn't want to do for me. They took the time to make sure I knew what I was paying for and they had just opened so I got a bonus $200 off. I felt bad showing up so close to close but they were super sweet and understanding which im not used to with AT&T since my only other experience was with the horrible Steven guy. I told my coworkers, friends, and my roommates who were looking at switching to just skip Burnsville and come here. They treat you like a fellow human here instead of a nuisance.”

DO NOT GO HERE!- We needed a screen replacement while on a road trip. What was supposed to only take the repair guy 30-40 minutes ended up taking him 3+ hours. He held our phone hostage without any discount or apology. After half a day of travel, the phone is now overheating like crazy and is officially bricked. All they had to say when we called back was “find a way to bring it back.” Leaving a 5 star review incase they delete 1 star reviews. Save your time, money, and sanity.”
“I broke my phone and was in a real jam. I had been going to throw Apple Valley location but my original sales person who reminds me of the Sherminator from the movie American Pie made no effort to help me. So I decided to go to the Lakeville location and boy am I glad I did. Brihana was so helpful. She actually took the time to listen to me and help me solve my problem. I sell homes in Lakeville and I am always on the move. My phone is my business and depend on it. She gave me several options and helped me get back up and on the road. I am truly grateful for her. I highly recommend this location and Brihanan specifically. All stores are not created the same and she reminded me of what customer service really means.
