“Wow, I'm amazed at how great of service I got at this store. I went in Friday 2/9/24 evening, and originally I had stopped over at the Richfield location near Target. When I walked in I was greeted by who appeared to be a manager who wasn't happy to see another customer come in and first thing that was said to me is "we have a wait". Not here to hate on the staff over there, I totally get short staffing, workloads, etc. But, I didn't feel like I'd receive any kind of good experience upgrading my phone there so decided to try a different store. I live here in Eagan and went to this location. Upon entry I was greeted by an enthusiastic manager, named David, who seemed very happy there was a customer in the store needing help - opposite of Richfield. David sat down with me straight away to get started, and another AT&T employee sat down with us and chatted it up! It was a great experience, and not only did I get one eager employee - I got two! Once we started the upgrade, David checked every possible avenue he could to save me money. In these stores, we're used to being pushed to buy, buy, buy. David just wanted to make sure he made me happy and got me the best deal. It was obvious and it was appreciated. David knows what he's doing, and he knows how to get life-long customers to come into his store. He knows that one upsell doesn't mean much in the grand scheme of things - but life long customers coming to his store due to good experiences is what matter's. If there's ever an AT&T owner or corporate auditor reading these, please give David a big kudos and a raise! It was the easiest iPhone upgrade experience I've ever had with AT&T and it was the most enjoyable conversations I've ever had with an AT&T employee. Thank you, David! Now, I'm just waiting on my iPhone 15 Pro Max to arrive (which he gave me free expedited shipping on for no reason but to be nice, like I said, he did everything he could to give me the best deals!) I really wasn't looking forward to sitting in a phone box store for an hour going through the process. David made it fun, and extremely quick and proficient. Not only do I not dread going into AT&T anymore, I'd be excited if I knew David would be the one to help me!! If you need to go to an AT&T store for whatever reason, go here. If you're far away, and Richfield is closer, it's worth the drive to this store.”

“Add one more voice to Jay and A2Z's stellar rating. I happened to be in the neighborhood getting some skates sharpened and saw A2Z's sign so I stopped in. I'd been looking for a tablet and had no experience with them at all. I am fairly computer Savey having been a software developer for 40+ years but tablets were something of a mystery to me. Jay & chatted for 15-20 minutes, talked about my needs and what I intended to use it for. Jay offered to send me some info on a couple of new tablets he knew about and could order. He also mentioned a different model available at the local "big box" store. I checked out his suggestions plus the big box option that he had mention and it turns out the big box store had a "just introduced" version of his suggested tablet that had a larger screen, more storage and a slightly better processor than his suggestions. Plus it was a few bucks cheaper. All in all I did end up getting the big box tablet but I really appreciated all of Jay's time and effort that he put in with helping me figure out what would work for me and the price range I would be looking at. I went back there the next day to show him the new tablet and got a screen protector from him. He was just the help I needed and did it even if it didn't earn him very much. Can't ask for better help than that. I'd go back to him in a heartbeat for anything he could help me with even if his price wasn't the lowest one!”

“I got an iPhone from a friend that worked, but the screen was completely shattered. Like, you'd get glass in your fingers type of shattered. I had read all of these reviews beforehand and so I knew Humberto would come through!He totally did! For a screen that was totally busted to perfectly replaced glass...in less than 2 hours, I was blown away!Super nice dude, excellent prices and great service! “I have come to Alex Sandage the last probably 4 years to get a new phone. The last two times, I have driven from Rochester because I trust Alex to get the job done right and get me everything I need. It's shocking he is not a manager, his customer service and knowledge of the ins and outs of products and services are top notch. Alex has always been extremely friendly and professional and always gotten me exactly what I needed and in a timely manner. My family and I will continue to either call in to talk to him specifically if we have any questions or we will drive an hour and a half both ways, out of our way, to come purchase products with him. I'd highly recommend going to this location just for her! ? My friends iPhone 11 was stuck with voiceover on and was she locked out for almost 6 hours when we decided to go to AT&T to get help. Tonya informed us that the Apple store at the MOA would just encourage buying a new phone and not fix our problem. Tonya recommended going to Best Buy and having Geek Squad take a look. After their help at BestBuy, which wasn't long, I'm thankful for Tonya W. being so helpful and informative/knowledgeable because it helped saved a lot of time and headaches. “Store MN04 and the guys that work there certainly know good customer service and professionalism. We entered the store and were immediately approached by John. I explained my unique situation and, though somewhat perplexed, was most eager to take on the challenge. After many troubleshooting attempts, and suggestions from Mike, the issue that lurked in my phone was finally resolved. I thought I would have to wait forever and walk out with the same problem I went in with, AGAIN! (from a different store location) Needless to say, I will only go to store MN04. “I came into the AT&T store totally frustrated crazy mad because my headphones were not connecting with my watch. Two gentlemen immediately started helping me, Larry and Kyle. Larry spent about 20 minutes. It was not easy. He was polite, professional and kind because I was semi frustrated.We needed to try several things, but he finally got it working and guaranteed me that if I did lose a connection again, he would be there for me to fix it and teach me how to do it.I really appreciate his patience and professionalism. “Great experience! Scott and Pierce have been amazing -- above and beyond!I walked into the Burnsville AT&T store with a unique situation, and Scott and team were immediately warm and helpful. They explained things very well. I was in store long enough to see the team interactions with multiple other customers, and it seemed clear to me that Scott (Manager) is very upbeat and drives very good consistency across the entire team.My situation was unique enough that the entire team put in a good amount of extra time with me. “This review is about my cracked screen for my Samsung Fold phone. I filed a claim, and the nearest location for Minneapolis was Richfield on Lyndale Avenue. Now I know what you are thinking, I didn't have a choice of locations. I did. Three years ago for a different phone, they took care of me.With that said, I am happy to say this was my second satisfied experience. This location is north of HYW494 in a court of shops, businesses, and restaurants on Lyndale Avenue.My phone is complicated, so normally these questions are asked. Did you drop your phone? No. Was it dropped in a liquid? No. Was there anything you did to break your phone? No. It was simple, my screen cracked about 1 inch from the bottom of the fold of the phone. After filing my claim and taking it to be fixed, the uBreakiFix team confirmed the status of my phone and said this would be taken care of.I know this was a long-winded story to make sure John and Christian (uBreakiFix experts) are taken care of. Because of them, my experience was spectacular. They were kind, patient, thorough, experienced, etc. Also, they sent me a personal text with the status of my phone and when it was fixed. When I arrived to pick up my phone, they were happy to see me and explained what they did to fix my screen. I know this sounds unreal. Why would they show so much care? I don't know. After spending over three frustrating and confusing hours mostly about getting the iPhone 15 ready, they said I could get it set up at an AT&T store which solved my problems very well. My biggest issue at the AT&T store was the high price for accessories I purchased there.”

“My mom and I came in for her iPhone. Her battery had died after only having it for a month or so. We had a super helpful and nice person that helped us as best as he could and did a great job! He helped us update our plan. They had some technical issues that Saturday and he was the only one working. We really appreciated the time and effort he put into helping us and getting it all fixed before my mom had to go to work. Definitely satisfied with our visit! Thank you!”
