Towing in Bloomington, MN

“The tow truck driver who’s dispatched to me was helpful and polite, I needed a tow service in Minneapolis and he showed up in 30 minutes while other towing companies said 2 to 3 hours out, they saved my weekend, I truly appreciate all the help!”

“Updated from my previous review notes- I just got home from picking up my vehicle and I am very impressed after looking over the updates and work that was completed this week. I dropped my vehicle off Monday morning and the entire process felt smooth and easy. Communication was clear and each step was detailed and explained well. I want to shout out Eric for being very professional and giving superb service. He shows pride in his work and goes above and beyond in everything he does.

Truthfully, I brought my vehicle in weeks prior and had a rough experience with communication and insurance issues that were quite frustrating. I understood they wanted to make things right and they absolutely did. I would highly recommend the services provided from this location. I appreciate their pride in their work and their desire to make things right. I love my new vehicle and they did a great job making sure it looks as good as new. Thank you for the outstanding service!”

“I had a great experience here. Tom was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service was completed quickly, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of work. Hopefully they won’t disappoint in the future and I’ll become a lifetime customer here.”

“Quality Care Tire and Auto is an incredibly honest and reliable company! I have gone here for several things: oil change, tire rotation, needing work such as new battery, new tires, new spark plugs, etc. staff have always been honest when it comes to the work that needs to be done and they give honest pricing. My most recent visit, my muffler cracked and was dragging. They got my car in right away and assessed the issue. They gave me two prices, one that they could get done right away and another one if I could wait a few days, they could get a lower price. I appreciate how honest, reliable, and detailed Quality Care Tire and Auto is!

I will be back and I recommend you try them out!”

“It's a BP, so take that into consideration, but at least when I rolled up there was not a soul to be seen and best of all the pumps are OLD and don't have the terrible ads playing while you're already giving them money! Wonderfully peaceful experience.”

“My son and I were coming home from a camp and noticed the TPMS sensor turn on. We decided to get off the road and go fill up the tire and this was the only place with air at this intersection. Lo and behold we had a flat tire by the time we pulled up to the air hose and could hear the air hissing out. The owner was there and asked if we needed anything. I mentioned we had a flat tire. He dropped everything (he had like four cars he was working on) and helped us fix the flat and get us back on the road. Next the cashier gave my kid a free candy bar. Their service was above and beyond. If you live in this area and need a mechanic, I would 100% go here and check them out. It’s rare you get customer service like this.”
