“Our Kohls store is well stocked, we mostly find what we're are shopping for, and if we are able to take advantage of sales, Kohls Cash, coupons, etc. the prices are sometimes quite competitive. The store is staffed with kind, helpful employees as well. The only negative is the checkout process. Recently, there were 15 customers in line, being serviced by 2 employees. It looked like there were three more registers ready to be used, but no on working them. We waited at least 5-7 minutes until someone called for more service reps to report to the other 3 registers. In another 2 minutes, we had 5 registers serving our growing line of customers and the line then moved quite well, no problems. It seems that someone needs to anticipate calling for help when the check out line starts to grow. They had plenty of service reps working, someone just needs to monitor the line better. Keeps the customers coming back, and happy!”

Selection leans classic and preppy — not every style matches my personal taste, but those who prefer timeless fabrics and clean tailoring will feel right at home.
Staff presence? Mostly in the background — watching over the floor like silent guardians. Not intrusive, but available if summoned.

The moment I walked I was greeted by Jessica. She asked me what brought me to Levis today.
I explained to her I needed a last minute shirt for an event. Not only did she walked me towards the mens shirt section but she suggested a few. Pretty good choices honestly. Then she directed me to the fitting rooms to try them on. Once I got to the register she rung me up and added my coupon to my transaction. Now that is what you call exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning.”

They set us up with a dressing room and we spent the better part of two hours going through the store finding lovely dresses, cardigans, and day wear. “I’ve been going to pure barre St. Paul|Eagan for almost a year now! I signed up while I was 8 months postpartum and I am so happy that I found this community of strong, beautiful women! It really helped me get out of my postpartum depression.
The 6am classes are really nice and I like that they’re 50 minutes long. It’s nough time to get back home before my little one wakes up and before my s/o goes to work.
I also can’t explain how amazing Marti and the team are!! They are very supportive and not once have I ever felt judgment from them. They really care and will help you modify moves that are still effective!
