Down to earth, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, etc...I felt like he was actually helping me and looking out for my best interests, rather than just working for the bank (which is what all my other experiences have felt like). All prices turned out to be cheaper than estimated as well. I've already recommended him to several others and will continue to do so!”
