“Logan was our loan officer for the purchase of our new home, and he was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment we submitted our loan application, Logan stayed on top of every detail and kept the process moving smoothly. We shopped around with other lenders, but Magnifi offered the best rates—so competitive, in fact, that one lender was visibly upset when we shared the rate we were offered!
In a high-interest rate market, Logan helped us lock in a great deal on a 10/30 ARM. He was incredibly responsive, often following up in the evenings and even from parking lots to make sure we had the information we needed as quickly as possible.
The only downside—unrelated to Logan—was the mobile app. It wasn’t very user-friendly when it came to setting up automatic payments, and we ended up needing to visit a branch to complete that setup.
Overall, our experience with Logan and Magnifi was excellent. Highly recommend!”
