“Logan was our loan officer for the purchase of our new home, and he was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment we submitted our loan application, Logan stayed on top of every detail and kept the process moving smoothly. We shopped around with other lenders, but Magnifi offered the best rates—so competitive, in fact, that one lender was visibly upset when we shared the rate we were offered!
In a high-interest rate market, Logan helped us lock in a great deal on a 10/30 ARM. He was incredibly responsive, often following up in the evenings and even from parking lots to make sure we had the information we needed as quickly as possible.
The only downside—unrelated to Logan—was the mobile app. It wasn’t very user-friendly when it came to setting up automatic payments, and we ended up needing to visit a branch to complete that setup.
Overall, our experience with Logan and Magnifi was excellent. Highly recommend!”

“Love this bank!! Immediately after a transaction occurred over the weekend I was notified of suspicious activity. They confirmed with me and blocked my account so no additional transactions could occur. I went it to get a new card and Jasmine helped me and as I was asking about a 2nd account for online only, Shelbie was able to decipher what I was meaning to say but didn't explain well enough in the initial question. Plus, I had been having issues with visibility on my phone and these 2 were able to fix it immediately. I just needed to do an app update!! And Zach of course always recognizes me, asks about my son, he's always so friendly!! This branch is the one you need to go to!! They REALLY do care!! Thank you Jasmine, Shelbie and Zach!!!”

“The Chinese lady that works at the front counter to help customers is soooooooooo slow!!!!! She is so slow helping people at the counter compared to all the other tellers! She talks to the customers way more then necessary and creates huge inefficiency! It's absolutely ridiculous how slow she does her job. I will avoid going to her at all cost almost. Isn't the first time she's helped me and in talking to others in the community who bank there they all say the same thing. So frustrating and unbelievably annoying!”
