“Update**Experience so great I returned for an exercise bike and treadmill. Covid 20lbs is no joke!End Update**I bought a used rowing machine to switch up my routine. The amount I saved vs buying new was phenomenal. Chris was extremely helpful as I was torn on which to purchase. She explained the differences as well as the pro's and con's. There were other customers in the store and she remained attentive to each of us as giving her full attention. She fully explained the trade in option as well as the option to make my purchase and sell my current equipment I am no longer using. Seeing my vehicle was not large enough, Chris offered the delivery service for a small fee considering the work it takes to haul heavy equipment. I will check Play It Again for a deal before buying new again. Thank you for your excellent service Chris.”
