“I lost my phone and the girl working helped us looked for it in side and out, she even went above and beyond to help us look out side and took my number in case it was turned in. I had to travel back an hour and it wasn't even at the store but she was so amazing I called her back to chat once I did find my lost phone. She made my night with her extra help and caring.”

“I am happy to report that the pharmacy staff (nurse, clerk and pharmacist) although very busy today, were professional, friendly and helpful in getting my prescription filled even though there was an insurance hang-up. I went to a different Walgreens a month ago for 3 recent vaccines and was finished in less than 30 minutes. I am aware that there are significant work-related issues between employees and management at Walgreens and CVS nationally/locally, but want to acknowledge that the pharmacy staff at both Eden Prairie Walgreens are professional and are doing the very best they know how and succeeding. “Last night, I pulled off to this has station as my gas light turned on. With the first snowy weather this season and temperatures consistently below freezing, I discovered that the cover/door thing over the filler cap was frozen shut. I needed gas, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask the gas station attendant if they had any solutions. The only attendant at the station immediately helped me brainstorm some ideas. He came out to my car with me and tried to push on the cover, but it still wouldn't budge. He then suggested I go through the car wash as it is warm in there, and he insisted that he give me a car wash for free. I went through the car wash, and he was waiting outside for me afterwards to make sure the cover opened, and it did. The way that he went completely above and beyond to help me was absolutely incredible. My faith in humanity has certainly been restored. I hope this gas station attendant is recognized for his genuine kindness and altruism.”
