“Stayed for 4 nights, was able to check in a few hours early. Room was clean and well stocked. I was very happy to see normal size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even body lotion instead of the usual travel size. Bathroom even had makeup remover wipes. Housekeeping was great and efficient. Breakfast was good, plenty of options each day. The pool was nice but definitely not as heated as I would have liked, it was barely luke warm. Hotel was located in a nice area, right next to the highway. The elevator was a little finicky which I didn't like but other than that, our stay was great.”

“My stay at Staybridge was phenomenal the moment I stepped in. They have a newly renovated lobby and their rooms were very clean and well decorated. Free laundry and breakfast! The atmosphere was welcoming. The location was very close to Lake Normandale, a beautiful well maintained lake for your Sunday morning walks.
Each front desk person went above and beyond for my requests. Special thanks to Devan, Daniel, Adam, and Linda for superb service and hospitality! I will be returning if I am ever in the area again!”

“Great location for our needs. Hotel was clean, quiet, beds and pillows were comfortable. Check in was super easy, elevators were fast, M Club had some snacks. The only minor complaint we had was the bathroom in our room had no ventilation fan or one that worked. Would definitely stay here again.”
“Booked a room here through Expedia that was supposed to have a patio. When we got to our room it did not have a patio. We called down to the front desk and they were able to switch our room, and also brought a new key up to us and helped us move our luggage to the new room. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This was also during the time when they had an influx of an additional 90 guests due to flights being canceled at MSP. They stayed calm and accommodating. Our room was large and gorgeous and our private patio was nice, could use a little updating.
Rooms: We had a patio suite with a pull out couch. The room was super spacious and provided us everything we needed. We will be going again and booking that room with an adjoining room for my birthday celebration.”

“Hotel was perfect! Our family of 6 stayed here and we had plenty of room for all of our kids! Felt like our own little "apartment" for the weekend! Kitchen was fully stocked, room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and accommodating. We loved the outdoor fire pit, and the location was perfect! Easy to get to, and just a quick 15 minute drive to downtown, which is what we needed. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Will stay here again!”
“Rooms are nice and clean, with a small pond view. You can have a bonfire in back yard, which is quite cool. Downtown and several stores are only a few miles away. There are some nice nature walks nearby. Sana, who manages this property by herself, is a pleasant woman who takes excellent care of her guests. I enjoyed her company and services. If you want a warm and peaceful environment, I highly recommend staying here. Please do not go for a bad review. I've stayed at this motel several times for work purposes. I never have disappointments. So, be sure to check it out.”

“Every time I stay at the Sheraton, I am impressed by the staff. This last visit, they went above and beyond to give my husband and I a memorable anniversary stay. We received a surprise room upgrade and other personal, thoughtful touches. (Thank you, Katherine!) We stayed over the weekend, so the hotel was quiet. We enjoyed the Sheraton Club lounge with the fancy coffee maker and sparkling water,and all of the comfortable furniture in our suite. We booked the dining package and dined at Lela restaurant both nights. My husband and I were warmly welcomed and attended to by the staff. The food was delicious, too. This is a hotel we return to again and again, because we are always made to feel special. Thank you.Rooms: The beds and chaise lounges are very comfortable.Food & drinks: Lela restaurant has excellent food and drink and the best service. The Sheraton Club has a nice coffee maker and well-stocked beverage cooler.”

“We had a wonderful stay in the hotel. The hotel is very well managed, clean, and organized. The room was quiet, and tastefully updated. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent, offering many fresh selections. We were here on business, and the location is central to everything. To find such a well run, affordable hotel in center of Minneapolis was great. We will stay here again. Highly recommend!”

“Rooms could use an update, but the beds / pillows were amazing. Check in was quick and easy. Only had 2 towels, and no sheets / pillows for the hide a bed, but a quick stop at the front desk resolved that. Pool area was clean, but on the smaller side and the jets on the hot tub didn't work. Breakfast combined both hot and cold foods! Fire alarm went off for about an hour around 7am (false alarm) and stayed on in the rooms even though the down stairs and hallways were off. Good thing we were leaving for the day :)”

“I stayed for 4 days as was at a convention. I checked in Wednesday night around 21:00 and everything was great with check in. On Thursday morning I went to take a shower and the tub/shower was so slippery that I fell out of the shower. I am 70 years old and luckily I didn't break anything or hit my head on the counter. I didn't take another shower until Saturday and had to put a towel in the shower so wasn't so slippery. The water also had a bad odor to it. I will not use this motel again

“I'd bet this hotel was magical back in the day. It's on the older side, but so cool and huge! Front desk staff was polite and accommodating. The room is quiet and has all of the amenities needed. I can see how parking could be a pain. Location was good for us because we were there for a conference. Seems to have many restaurants and such around. Would stay here again.”

“We had the presidential suite which was really cool they had the towels intertwine like swans but they made a heart shape. I thought that was really cool and I had a big ass jacuzzi in the room the master room had a kitchen living room Den a side bathroom with a counter and mirror had balcony overlooking a swimming pool all the way around the inside all the way around the swimming pool pretty good breakfast the staff was really nice very helpful I definitely go there again we stayed four nights didn't have not one problem. So I just want to say thanks to Ramada and the staff for the nice time that we had”

“Staff were friendly, Room was neat and spacious, the full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and a dishwasher. The pots are at the bottom of the oven. I would definitely stay there again.
