“Last minute pizza order for a student event. 30 pizzas. I told them I would completely understand if it wasn’t feasible.

They were amazing. Assured me they had staff on hand to make it happen.

No idea how it worked out for the kiddos at their event but… the prior event one of their teachers fronted the pizza. Geesh.

Food is important. Teachers/coaches shouldn’t be in charge of supplying it.

“Yeah I use to enjoy coming here until certain employees enjoy pretending they run the place I have fun in your store but the atmosphere treated me badly Asian barked up and walked away it’s funny they messed up that seafood order I heard it was a stolen truck that’s karma for kicking me out over a scooter I wanted to see out of the box I bet I helped someone get that for a better price I’m trying to work with y’all but you seem to hold grudges I’d be willing to buy the scooter sometime let’s move on from this”

“Second time at this location!I got a membership finally...!NOTE: this location is the busiest of all the Costco locations in Minnesota!I just got the basic membership..but someday may get the executive membership!Go get the $4.99 rotisserie chicken!”

“This Costco feels like it has a lot of room down the aisles compared to others. The only negative is the customers. I don't know if all Costcos are like this, but the other customers are so rude. They block the aisles and just walk right in front of you. Don't even say excuse me or pardon me.”

Great experience delivering, App was at 8:15AM , showed up at 8:03AM. Doors were locked but someone came out to help me & got me into a dock ASAP, unloading took like 30 minutes & I was out!”

“Everything is ok except old security guy with white pick up truck lol.. he is rude. And do not come even 30 minutes early. You can’t find a parking space here. An old unhappy guy won’t let you in. They started unloading me as soon as i parked on dd. Google says they will open at 9 am but i had appointment at 6 am.”

“Not much information from a trucker so I'll leave this review for others!! This is a very nice facility to come to - I was unloaded pretty quick and the dude to meet us at the door and unload us was SUPER nice!! It was my first time going through snow and I was late, but he was super nice about it and congratulated me on navigating the road and making it there safely. They have restrooms, and MIGHT let you park somewhere nearby. It all depends on your appointment time and who's working. Our appointment time was at 1:30am, and signs say recieving doesn't open until 6am, but honestly just try your luck and head straight there! We did, and we got in the gate before 6am. To actually get here, you'll have to cross the railroad tracks and go all the way around the block. Its basically a one-way and theres a sign at the tracks saying DONT TURN LEFT. You'll see a "9 ton weight limit" when you go straight, but dont worry about it. Keep going straight. Its an old sign. Youll see other trucks coming and going past the sign at other facilities. When you see the big Amerisource letters, and the employee parking in the front, keep going down the road to the back of the building. You'll see trucks before you see the gate! To check in, you're gonna go in the first door on the corner of the building. That's also where the restrooms are. Very easy backing, just hard when everything is covered in snow! I had a 1:30am appointment time though, so the snow plows didn't start coming until after I got into a door.”

“Got here late last night, backed into door # 30 for large roll delivery.
I put my paperwork in back of truck, started unloading @ 7:30 a.m. , had me unloaded by 8:15 next morning , they put my paperwork in the back of my trailer. You can park overnight ,but , they work all night , noisy place due to very loud back up alarms on yard man's vehicle.( SUPER NICE PEOPLE )!”

“Pickup of trailer is in another area near amusement park and is hard to locate based on address given by support but has a gate not locked so you can access the area when you find it. Everyone at Amazon was friendly and kind.”

“I was prepared to be here a long time but it has not been too bad. My appointment was at 10 am. I checked in at security at 9 am. I parked in the parking area outside the fence and then checked in. The security person and the receiver were both very nice. The lumper sends you a text to pay online. I sent that on to my company to pay. I did not get a call for a dock until after 11 am, one hour after my appointment. I remained patient. I was able to move around those waiting to check in so I could go through the gate. I then had to wait several minutes for another driver to move out of the dock i was assigned. It was not long before they started unloading my trailer. Still in dock 44 minutes after backing into dock but so far has been an ok experience. Nothing like the other comments. Perhaps somedays are bad due to unforeseen circumstances. Take the Excelsior exit, go west one block and turn left going over the tracks. Be cautious! Go pass the parking are to the security shock. Follow instructions.”
