I had an issue with some tight scheduled deadlines and they got me my car back on time. When I left, an unfortunate incident occured, as I left the tire warning on my guage went off and I found a nail in the tire - a slow leak indicating it must have happened a day or 2 prior and not been noticed as it was slow.
I called and spoke with Brian and he offered to replace or fix the tire right away. They tried to fix but it wasnt fixable so they just ordered an exact replacement and had it sent in, on their dime, with no arguments.
Overall great people, from the front desk to the management and I drove away completely satisfied with the shop.”

One of the workers even came out from doing his job to help me when my seat was stuck! Which he did not have to do. So i appreciate him doing that! “I drive past this place almost every day on my way to work but had never really thought about buying a battery from them. My battery died in the parking lot of my job (right around the corner from Interstate), and I thought I could make it home with a harbor freight charger/jumper. I only made it about a mile when I realized it wasn't going to happen. I called Interstate half an hour before they closed and explained the situation, by the time I got there they already had the battery ready for me to purchase, 9 minutes until they closed. The battery that they sold me was much less expensive than I was quoted online from other stores, and $100 cheaper than AAA. The guy working the front counter was very friendly and explained all of the options that I had to choose from. From now on I will only buy batteries from Interstate.”
