I love seeing all of the new technology that comes out. Just the other day, they had a free Oculus Quest 3 demo up and ready to go for anybody who liked to try it. It was awesome!We must have came in at a lucky time, because they were running multiple 3D printers and the rep was super knowledgeable and cool. He gave us some free prints!They had a racing simulator free for anybody to try, and it was an awesome set up with a racing chair and 3 extended monitors. It was so cool.I've purchased many PC parts, and the representatives help me to make sure all of the parts are compatible, which makes it painless and stress free. They also offer warranties.I could spend all day there. Now go check it out!”

“Having used various CyberPower UPS's for as long as I can remember, at least a decade, I have no complaints. I've used other brands that cost much more and once I found these, I never went back. We currently have a number of the CP1500PFCLCD Sinewave units protecting all of the Mac's in our office. A pair of these sit behind my console for our home entertainment system. I split the plugs from the 70" TV, receiver, Apple TV and various game systems among the 2 of them. I've always found the CyberPower UPS's to offer great uptime and they've been very reliable, with long long battery life. When people ask me, I don't hesitate to recommend these over any other brand.”

We needed a scanner for our inventory count coming up- Dallas at QB services was able to answer all my questions before I purchased to make sure we were purchasing the right scanner for our needs. “My experience at the Genius Bar at the Southdale Mall location in Edina, MN. was amazing.I had made an online appointment prior to going (suggested, but not necessary but you may have to wait). As soon as I arrived I was greeted by associate by the name of Preston. He was amazingly kind, patient and knowledgeable. He worked on my phone for over an hour.While the issue was not able to be resolved he was able to make an telephone appointment with the phone tech people for the next day, he also put a new screen saver on my device, picked out the right charging cords and at my request signed me up for Apple care and damage replacement, etc. If.
