“I am very pleased with the Customer Service and product we have received from Modern Office Furniture. One of the panels for our desk was bent and unusable so we emailed customer service and I called and spoke to Jennifer. After clarifying that the panel was not usable she went through the steps with management to get it approved to send a replacement panel. Within a sort time we had an answer to our issue and now just awaiting the tracking number. Jennifer was GREAT! Thank you for being so responsive and customer service friendly.”

“This is a great place to buy furniture! The refurbished furniture looks as good as new but is much less expensive. The employees are great to work with and have always worked hard to help the organization I was associated with meet our schedules. I first worked with ABF 5 years ago when my company was subleasing space from another company and we only got a 6-month warning that the company we were leasing from was cancelling their, and thus our, lease. The folks at ABF came through for us and we were able to move 30 people into a completely new space, 6 months later. We used refurbished cubicles and it all worked great. This winter, I was volunteering at a private school and they needed cubicle panels to enclose a 20'x7' space in a month. ABF came through again with refurbished panels on the schedule we needed. This past month, they found 3 lateral file cabinets to go with an existing one at the school and again provided the furniture very quickly. This is just a great company to work with.”

“Exceptional help, where I wasn't expecting any!I went to this store looking to buy a desk chair with the cheapest one in mind, I got the attention of the sales manager,(he was in the middle of helping someone else) and pointed out what I was looking to buy, mentioned that I was having back pain n' that my old chair was one of the many causes. He took the time to have me sit in different chairs with better support and to find something that'd actually support my back and shoulders. Low and behold, he found me one that fits great, feels comfortable and only costed $10 more bucks. Didn't realize I'd have one of my best experiences buying anything while buying a chair from office depot lol. I hope yall have a wonderful day! along to anyone who read all this!!”

“I tend to hit the Caribou Coffee when I'm in Eden Prairie. Every time I pull into this plaza, I pass by Office Depot. After my third visit recently, I decided to drop by Office Depot to check it out. We had a snowstorm the day before. It was my first day breaking out of the hotel. There was a snowplow doing a second pass in this parking lot. I found yellow lines on the ground that resembled where I should park. I parked and headed inside this store. If you are interested in printing services, they are on the left when you first walk in. I walked up the left side. The washrooms are there. You can smell strong bleach as you approach the area. If you are congested, walk by and you'll be breathing easily in no time. I didn't have anything that I needed, so I was browsing. A nice male staffer asked if he could help me with anything. Although I really didn't have anything pressing to purchase, I did crack the screen protector on my phone the night before my trip. The screen protector still worked fine, but I could feel the nearly two-inch break whenever I'd run my finger on my screen to do various actions. So, I asked him whether he had screen protectors for my Google Pixel 6a phone. I knew that it would be a long shot, as it's not as mainstream of a phone like an iPhone. This man was awesome. He took me to the aisle with all the screen protectors. Nothing. He then went into the back to check. I appreciated his effort. He came back and said that he didn't have any. He even looked into his inventory and wasn't expecting anything. He did suggest checking out either Verizon or AT&T that was nearby. It made sense that a cell phone provider that offered the phone should also have accessories. I was not expecting such an effort by anyone at an Office Depot. His effort deserves five stars alone. The clearance section is in the back left corner of the store. I saw everything from tumblers to pencil cases on sale. It's cool. I didn't find anything that I needed, but there was a good selection of merchandise. I was particularly impressed by the laptop bags, including rolling ones. I used to travel with a rolling bag until the overhead area on planes became smaller. My rolling bag no longer fits in the overhead compartment. These days, I lug a backpack that fits up there. I still miss rolling my bag and like looking at one that fits. This store had many that looked promising. Even though I didn't buy anything, I had a wonderful experience. I'd return if I need anything and am back in Eden Prairie. (490)”

“A couple things made my experience stand out. I needed a small print job done last minute and the store was able to get it done within 15-20 min of when I called. Once I got to the store, I also picked up a buy 1 get 1 set of pens as a gift. Turns out I picked up a pack that was hung in the wrong location but Omar was still accommodating and took care of me. I ended up switching out the incorrect ones for the real B1G1 and Amy the manager provided great customer services. I knew the gift recipient would like a matching set, so thank you for helping me extra!”
