“Purchased a Zody chair for my dad around 10 years ago. Not sure how but he managed to destroy the arm pads. Turns out they were still under warranty (just barely). Wendy was able to quickly get the new parts reordered and installed quickly, and it was all covered by the service warranty. And shout out to Devon the “friendly” installer who also set up new lumbar support.”
“Exceptional help, where I wasn't expecting any!I went to this store looking to buy a desk chair with the cheapest one in mind, I got the attention of the sales manager,(he was in the middle of helping someone else) and pointed out what I was looking to buy, mentioned that I was having back pain n' that my old chair was one of the many causes. He took the time to have me sit in different chairs with better support and to find something that'd actually support my back and shoulders. Low and behold, he found me one that fits great, feels comfortable and only costed $10 more bucks. “This is a great place to buy furniture! The refurbished furniture looks as good as new but is much less expensive. The employees are great to work with and have always worked hard to help the organization I was associated with meet our schedules. I first worked with ABF 5 years ago when my company was subleasing space from another company and we only got a 6-month warning that the company we were leasing from was cancelling their, and thus our, lease. The folks at ABF came through for us and we were able to move 30 people into a completely new space, 6 months later. We used refurbished cubicles and it all worked great. This winter, I was volunteering at a private school and they needed cubicle panels to enclose a 20'x7' space in a month. ABF came through again with refurbished panels on the schedule we needed. This past month, they found 3 lateral file cabinets to go with an existing one at the school and again provided the furniture very quickly. This is just a great company to work with.”

“We set up an appointment to view their in-stock gently used commercial furniture and we purchased all new office chairs for our staff plus they helped us order a full lobby of guest chairs, bariatric guest chairs and benches. The staff was very helpful with the custom ordering. They made the process quick and simple for us. The furniture was delivered quickly and they offered to set up the furniture too. This is a great place for small to mid-size companies to outfit their offices.”
“Wayne and his team are responsive, flexible, and patient. My office has been slow (2 years) to nail down exactly what we wanted to accomplish and when. Wayne has patiently answered questions, been immediately responsive after hearing nothing from us for an extended period, and done it all with good humor. Great people to work with!”
“I needed to drop of a return of a Bosch dishwasher pump to go back to Bosch, and Office Depot in St. Louis Park, MN is listed good place to do that. When I got there at 9:00 a.m. I asked where the FedEx drop off was, and initially the employee started to politely give me driving directions. I said I wanted to know where in their store to drop off the package for FedEx. She said I could give it to her. She was not able to give me a receipt or scan my package at all. She said FedEx will come pick it up in the afternoon. This concerns me, but I will wait to see if FedEx picks up the package and if it gets to the destination.”
“I’m almost at the end of a big binding project….old piano music books, mainly. I’ve brought 5-10 books at a time..the last five were left today for binding, and Ian has been great. He understands the process like a pro, is always pleasant (even when he’s very busy). I know he’ll be a glad as I will be when this project is DONE. “Nicest Office Max I’ve ever been in. Been here twice this week. First experience was great. Unfortunately the second time was not as efficient. Needed a manager override on a return and there were no managers around. Not effective use of cashiers time, other customers’ time, and our time. Managers should be more aware of things. Kind of disappointing.”
