Angela has helped me on multiple occasions, over the last two years, bringing personalized customer service to each phase of my redecorating. There’s outstanding assistance with product questions and swatches but without any pressure to make a purchase. The Buy Now / Decide Later option is wonderful as well, since it allows the customer to capture a refundable sales price but finalize fabric selections up to 30 days out, even for online orders. Happy, happy, happy with Interior Define’s entire design process — what quality and integrity!”

“I recently had a couch delivered, and the entire experience went incredibly smoothly. The International Design Center warehouse team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
I also had a table from another furniture store with a trim piece that had chipped off. Kevin assured me he could fix it, but I was skeptical because it looked pretty bad. He ended up spending an extra 30 minutes on it - and they didn’t even charge me. The repair is flawless; you can’t even tell anything was ever broken. No one has noticed a thing since.
