The warranty company (square trade) arranged an appointment for my TV to be repaired. The technician arrived in the middle of the time window I was given. Although he was not able to fix my TV, he explained what could be wrong and what the next steps would be on continuing my warranty claim.”
“No matter what I ask for, they have a solution. Fast. I live close enough to visit in person and went in search of an adapter for an obsolete (but very necessary) cable. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable service alone is good reason to shop here, but I was also presented with two good options, paid under $5, and my entire visit took less than 5 minutes.”

“worst service. i took four new phones in november.they are cheaters they did everything wrong on promotion trade-in credit.my monthly bill should be 300 and they did so many things wrong and my monthly bill coming at 500 plus dollars. never go to third party verizon store. thewy made my experince with verizon nightmare...

Today i went to the store and Hunter helped me patiently and provided all info to Verizon and waiting for them to give the correct promo credit. No matter what store did every thing to help me to correct the promo credit amount . I highly appreciate hunter efforts in helping me resolve my billing/promo credit issue”

“Best Buy is really changed a lot in the last few years. It went from a place that I avoided going to because the customer service and environment was unfortunate to a place where I’m happy to visit even if it’s just to look around and see what’s new. “This post is to acknowledge the Starbucks employees. They were short staffed, only one person taking orders and making drinks…. There were a ton of orders waiting… I watched the other employee who was taking a break get up and I overheard them say they can’t just sit and watch this… (been there done that) no need to get anyone in trouble for not completing their break but really to show how awesome that was. That employee could have continued to take their break but instead got up to help. Kudos to them and target needs to acknowledge that”

“Not sure if he works on the personal side, but Kyle Zitek was outstanding in helping set up and restructure the business account for the company I work for.
I walked into the Minnetonka store fully intending to terminate the account due to how unhappy we were with our current costs based on the services offered. After spending about an hour talking through our concerns, Kyle quickly understood our needs and completely reworked our plan.
He consolidated multiple phones, lines, international plans, watches, and tablets into a package that actually made sense for our business and delivered real value—without sacrificing service.

“The sign for the Lays chips for $5,89 each said buy 1 get 1 free for target circle members but even after I typed in my phone number the total price for both came as $11.50.But the kind Cashier Sue in answer to my request called a Manager and the kind Manager who was also a very kind lady adjusted the price and I got the second lays chips of mine for half price.I sincerely thank them with all my heart for their time,patience and understanding…..”

“So far have had good experiences at this Apple Store. I took my Mac in for a screen repair. They did not have the right screen at the store and ordered it for me, which took about a week to come in.
They told me it would be a week to repair the screen on my laptop and will let me know when it’s done. I’m hoping for sooner :)

“I never write reviews but these guys are amazing. And I mean ALL of them. Went there a little less than a month ago to switch onto a plan instead of T mobile and got lots of great input on devices, potential deals etc. Decided the phone I got then wasn't for me and spent an hour on the phone with customer service to try and get my issue resolved, but failed in the end. Decided to go into the store and see what they could do and they got me all set up with a new device. While my data was transferring I think every single person working checked on me at some point. Thanks for your help!”
