Went there a little less than a month ago to switch onto a plan instead of T mobile and got lots of great input on devices, potential deals etc. Decided the phone I got then wasn't for me and spent an hour on the phone with customer service to try and get my issue resolved, but failed in the end. Decided to go into the store and see what they could do and they got me all set up with a new device. While my data was transferring I think every single person working checked on me at some point. The warranty company (square trade) arranged an appointment for my TV to be repaired. The technician arrived in the middle of the time window I was given. Although he was not able to fix my TV, he explained what could be wrong and what the next steps would be on continuing my warranty claim.”

They told me it would be a week to repair the screen on my laptop and will let me know when it’s done. I’m hoping for sooner :)
