“Originally scheduled a stained glass class but had the wrong date. They were SO helpful, and so understanding and helped me reschedule without an extra cost, which was so kind of them! The class itself was so informative and fun. Our instructor Sarah was incredibly helpful and made the experience a great one. Loved every minute of the class and will definitely be coming back! Would recommend the class to anyone!”

“If you’re willing to dig and look and have time and patience, this store is incredible! My daughter found many items for her junk journaling and other projects. It’s all recycled/used items, but the possibilities are endless! Such a fun store!”
“Such a peaceful & calm place to visit. The staff are very kind and welcoming. The kaffebar has good options for food and drinks. Highly recommend visiting the Norway House!”

“Always a great morning at the Alliance Française Petit Déj!”
The first Saturday of every month is such a treat — a lovely light breakfast, great conversation, and the perfect chance to meet new friends and practice your French. The atmosphere is always warm, welcoming, and full of good vibes. A wonderful way to start the weekend! ??☕?”

“Today we had the privilege of volunteering with Harvest Pack, as an activity at the volunteer program for pro-baseball. As a family member we couldn't miss this opportunity to help, even for my 7 year old daughter, it was an incredibly rewarding experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was full of energy and purpose. Together, we packaged thousands of nutritious meals that will make a real difference for families facing hunger.
What stood out most was how well-organized and hands-on the event was—everyone had a role, and it was inspiring to see the players and staff from all walks of life come together for such an important cause. In just a few hours, we achieved something that will impact entire communities.
If you’re looking for a meaningful way to give back, I highly encourage you to get involved with Harvest Pack. Whether you volunteer your time, donate, or help organize a packing event, you’ll be directly contributing to fighting food insecurity. It’s a chance to connect with others, build teamwork, and know your efforts truly matter.”
“What a cool place- I went to one of the monthly free repair drop ins. Everyone was welcoming and they explained how to fix up the childhood cutting board I had made. Thanks!”
“I recently had the opportunity to take the Power Tools 101 course with Meena and had a great experience! The course taught the fundamentals of planning out a project as well as safety precautions when using woodworking power tools (joiner, table saw, router, jig saw, miter saw, etc.). Meena was amazing and created a very supportive and calm environment for the class which was greatly appreciated.
Additionally, the organization was very accommodating for those with limited mobility and make it a priority to provide access to woodworking for all. For reference, upon registering for a course they offer an opportunity for you to outline any potential areas of accomodation.
I have already registered for another course and look forward to returning!”
“I took the day and volunteered at Every Meal. I and about 60 other people packed food products for children in school. Most of these children
could then take these food products home so their parents could create delicious meals and make lunches for the children to take to school every day. Many children find it hard to learn when dealing with hunger.
That's where the Every Meal company comes to the rescue.Volunteering at Every Meal is a rewarding experience. We formed an asset line to pack bags for two hours. Also, Every Meal personnel gives a great orientation class before the work begins. I enjoyed my day at Every Meal.”
“I heard about Kids In Need Foundation from a colleague. I have nothing but good things to say about their services! I love their vision of their foundation. Thank you for supporting your local teachers and students. I'm excited to see their new location in Little Canada.”

“This place absolutely ROCKS!
You just never know what you might find as their inventory changes all the time (so go as.often as you can if you're setting up your household!).
What you can ALWAYS count on? GREAT PRICES on whatever you need and stuff you didn't know you needed until you saw it ~ and spent way too much time goofing around with your friends TRYING to figure out what it is!
Almost like A man... Only much more focused ! Lol
Truly, well worth a look, well worth the trip no matter how far you must travel.
And no. I am neither a bot nor paid to review.
I just really like both the logic of the place... Reclamation of old homes vs landfilling them. And the pricing
And the exploring to see and find things I don't recognize!
I learn so much!”
“I just appreciate what you are doing , there is no way i would have internet and i live alone and aging as i speak … i feel safer being able to use my phone , i feel great about being able to wAtch my tv or call out to my google and have it dial 911 if i couldn’t reach my phone ! All thanks to you and your programs! Thank you !”
“Visiting the Armed Forces Service Center at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport was an uplifting and memorable experience. Designed as a safe haven for active-duty military personnel, veterans, and their families, the center offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The space is thoughtfully set up with comfortable seating, quiet rooms for rest, and amenities like free Wi-Fi, snacks, and beverages. What stood out to me was the attention to detail—there were even personal care items available for those who might need them. The staff, many of whom are volunteers, were incredibly kind and eager to assist with any needs, making the experience feel very personal and supportive.
Whether you’re waiting for a flight or just passing through, the center provides a peaceful respite from the bustling airport environment. It’s clear that the Armed Forces Service Center is more than just a lounge; it’s a heartfelt gesture of gratitude and support for those who serve. It’s a place that truly makes you feel appreciated and cared for.”
“I wasn’t aware CAPRW notarized documents. I came with a client who did not have an ID but I could vouch as a credible witness. Rich was understanding and helpful. The process was quick and straightforward. My client and myself was immediately relieved because we thought we wouldn’t be able to get it because not everywhere accepts a credible witness. Thank you as always, CAPRW.”
“CAA has been advocating for animals since 1998. Aside from regular fun events and meetups, they also host the enormous Twin Cities VegFest (typically held in September) and organize the Vegan Chef Challenge, which gets restaurants to be creative about adding vegan options. The Twin Cities and Minnesota are fortunate to have CAA thriving and advocating!”
“It was my first job after completing college in 1969. I was the Family Service Worker. I enjoyed my years there. I pray it is just as great for the community now as it was then.”
“Amazing programming. Clearinghouse of vast knowledge seeding Community. Please water and engage, if you can. Strong Roots of urban sustainable agriculture live here.”
“Great selection! Some of the reviewers here clearly don’t know the effort that goes into not just being a shop, but also PRIMARILY a safe space for many women to gather. Me being a customer comes secondarily to me financially supporting this space.”
“I've been in a aeon property for the last 3 years I've lived in Carrington and the new crest. Everything has been fine. I have visited the actual Aeon office the receptionist has been extremely helpful she has always been very professional and helpful anytime I had to visit the office. We had to visit about our deposit after not understanding what we were seeing on the new app that they switched over to. She went above and beyond to explain things to us. Printed off paperwork and explained to us in full detail what was going on. Within in 5 minutes she was able to put my mind at ease and reassured us that our deposit was in the mail. These 5 stars ??”
“MDI is doing good work! Hiring people of all backgrounds and helping everyone be a citizen with purpose AND accomplishment. An environment all businesses should follow and they care about their employees.”
“Love the shows. Was a subscriber for years pre-Covid. Saw Hamilton in April after not seeing a show in a couple years. Forgot how amazing it was!Renewed for the next season & can't wait!Their app has had some problems which seem to have been partially resolved, but it could still be more user friendly.”
“The premier artist housing and studio developers in the nation. Can’t say enough good things. Out this organization and it’s dedication to insuring affordable housing and studio space is available for America’s creatives. Honestly the world needs more orgs like artspace!”
“I cannot say enough good things about The Good Acre. They are supporting farmers and this CSA is impressive. I love how it gives information of where the food is coming from. I'm signing up again for 2025 as this has been my favorite CSA that I've been a part of.”
